Best Dental Experience of my Life!!! Everyone who works at Cascade Dental is so nice and professional! Many people, including myself dont jump for joy when its time to go to the Dentist. Oftentimes it can be a very stressful and uncomfortable experience. This is NOT the case at Cascade Dental. First, their patient waiting room is trendy and relaxing. When you walk into their office, you are immediately acknowledged by the front desk staff who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rebecca helped me during my last visit, and she is great! She called me back and we discussed all the typical new patient information. She made me laugh multiple times which is not easy to accomplish at 7am in the morning. One of the things I really appreciated was how she went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. They offer things such as blankets, stress balls, and so many other tools to help patients minimize a patients stress level. When I went back to the patient waiting room I was only there a couple minutes before I was called back for my exam and x-rays. Dr. Dahlen completed my exam and he is the best Dentist I have ever seen. He was very thorough in discussing my exam with me. He didnt make me feel rushed, or try to get me in and out like I have experienced with other Dentists in the past. He made sure I understood everything he discussed with me, and encouraged questions for which he provided detailed answers. If it were not for the fact that I am moving out of state, I would never go to a different Dentist again. Other Dental offices should model their practice after Cascade Dental!

I appreciate all the kindness, friendly professionalism, and care that Dr. Dahlen and his staff have provided to not just I, but my entire family. The dentist is not on my list of "favorites" to visit every six months, but him and his staff definitely make coming to this office a wonderful experience. Just the thought of going to the dentist gives me anxiety, but its different coming to Cascade Dental. When I walk in the door the lovely receptionist are awaiting my arrival and have me seen within minutes. The hygienists are always friendly, patient, and accommodating. I have sensitive teeth and it is great that they can get the water to a temperature that is bearable, and use the suction often enough so I dont feel like Im drowning. When I needed to be seen for an extremely sore tooth and had to fly out a couple days later and not enough funds to get the work done, not only were Dr. Dahlen and his team able to get me an appointment, they were also able to set up a payment plan so I wasnt left in total agony until the next time I could come back for a scheduled appointment. Most know that shots in the mouth and dental work is not really enjoyable... I just really appreciate the entire staff going out of their way to make sure I am extremely comfortable and feel welcomed from the second I walk into the door. If you are questioning going to another office, or if the staff will be able to do work needed, I will recommend them over and over.

I started coming to Cascade Dental 10 years ago when I moved here to Vancouver from Seattle. I loved my dentist in Seattle who I had for 30 years and was so afraid of finding a new one. I even drove back to Seattle for dental treatments the first two years of living here. Then I met Dr. Dahlen at Cascade Dental on Mill Plain. I immediately loved his professional manner and kindness. Well that was short lived, as he left Mill Plain and I had no idea where he went. After numerous different doctors at Mill Plain they decided to close that office and gave me an option to go to Fisher’s Landing or Padden-205. I chose Padden because it was closer to my new home and work. Well, that was the best choice I made because this is where Dr. Dahlen was and that made me feel so at ease. Not only does Dr. Dahlen have brilliant dental skills and best chair side manner around, he has the most remarkable and professional staff. They always greet you with warm smiles and kindness when coming in, but also escort you back to the reception area after your treatment is finished with a pleasant goodbye. I just completed all of my dental treatments that were needed to be done (thank goodness) and I wouldn’t have done it anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Dahlen and Staff!

My husband and I are very happy that we found Dr. Eic Dahlen and Padden Dental clinic. It has been the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. My prior experiences to other dental clinics were not very good. Dr. Eric and Padden Dental team is absolutely incredible. My first visit to Padden dental was about 4 years ago. I was truly impressed by Dr. Eric and Padden Dental team. Since then I am a regular at Padden Dental, whether I needed a filling, a crown, teeth cleaning or an implant. Dr. Eric and his Padden Denat team are the best. Dr. Eric is fun, kind, incredibly skilled, and he genuinely cares. The office is always clean and so comfy. I am also very grateful to Kelsey for taking care of me and my dental health. The front desk staff, Rana, is very kind, considerate and professional. The hygienist, Albina, who cleans my teeth is caring, gentle, professional and very skilled. I totally trust Dr. Eric and his team with my dental needs. I found my dentist, hygienist and dental clinic that I am so happy with. I will definitely be going to Padden Dental clinic, and I would highly recommend Dr. Eric Dahlen and his team at Padden Dental to everyone.

Cascade Dental is AMAZING!!! Let me first start by saying I am EXTREMELY afraid of the dentist!! I have never in my 40ish years been able to walk into a dental office without having a panic attach. Now that you know the background information, let me tell you the team at Cascade Dental is AMAZING!! From the phone call to make my appointment (which took a month to accomplish) I felt at ease, very kind polite and understanding to my sensitivity. I was greeted with a calming big smile when I walked in for my appointment; Rebecca already knew that I was super scared. Rebecca is AWESOME!! She was very patient, walked me through everything, she even held my hand until I was calm and honestly treated me like a princess. Dr. Dahlen and Tanya are FABULOUS!! Both are very patient, calming and gentle. They provided many calming features to help to anxious people like me. Dr. Dahlen is by far the best dentist that I have ever been to, this is the first time I have made it through an appointment without crying, which to me is a HUGE accomplishment that I could not have achieved without the team at Cascade Dental. The last time I saw a dentist I was 7 years old, then I joined the military and "enjoyed" that dentistry which frankly made me afraid of dentists. Finally a cavity forced me to go to the dentist, I looked up reviews and talked to friends and they recommended Cascade Dental, well they actually recommended Dr. Eric by name. I was greeted well, a full hour and a half was spent going over my history, setting up a plan, working with what my insurance provides and getting me ready for what was in my mind a scary journey. The next week I went in for the first cleaning, scaling and exploratory. I went in scared to death, I left not being able to wait for my next appointment, they were gentle, cleaned everything, took their time and explained everything to me. Now nearly 2 years later I am ready for my final procedure to fix every single problem I had, my smile is beautiful, my confidence is increased and I would (and have many times) recommend Cascade Dental to anyone who needs dental work done.
