I was originally at the eau Claire medical center on Hamilton, but got switched to oakleaf. The staffs gave always been kind and knowledgeable. However, I have never had a clinic mess up and forget my insurance information so many times and so badly. Ive given physical insurance cards for them to record my information three times, yet i still get a call back the next week or two asking for my insurance information again. This has literally happened more than five times, and every single time I visit. The mistakes are really bad. Like messing up the policy holders name by putting someone elses name on there, which is not even close to the actual policy holders name. The last time I came in, oakleaf didnt even have my correct insurance company name. I have never called in to change anything about my information either. Whoever is managing your clients health information needs to go. Its Soo awful. Please get this fixed!

Ive been to many different Hospitals and Clinics over a period of 5 decades. My impression, facilities is a High priority for ECMG/Oakleaf Clinics. But more important is how they approach the patient as an individual. My interaction the Drs. and Staff leave me with the impression that these are caring, thorough, Professionals that work together to provide a Great patient experience while providing top notch care.
