I have been seeing Dr. Bradley Nevins for over 10 years because of his expertise in the mental health system. He had seen me through many difficult times in my life. Helping to find other therapists for my family to see. Hiring therapist who specialize in the field of Autism work so my ASD daughter had a therapist to meet her special needs. Even opening up a child therapy clinic at The Meadows. Never have I seen or worked with another clinic who valued the patient like Midwest Psychological Services does and my family over the years had dealt with many therapy clinics in the neighboring counties. I now refer everyone here especially parents with special needs children. I have driven an hour and a half for 5 years because of the quality of care. They truly care for the person behind the diagnosis and that is a rare gem to find!!

The receptionist harshly talked down to me, and she asked me questions that was no business of a receptionist. I followed all the steps I needed to for a prescription refill for my child, and I have been ignored for TWO WEEKS. I feel like a ghost. No one has answered my calls or responded to my multiple desperate messages where I literally begged for answers. They ignored my pharmacy sending refill requests. Meanwhile my child is suffering. I am astounded by the lack of professionalism. Really, Im sitting here just beside myself. I dont understand what happened! This place was instrumental in helping my child on the path to mental health, and I was so grateful. Six months ago I would have given them a 5 star. And all of a sudden we dont matter? Its baffling.

My experience here started good but then they stopped returning my phone calls whether its about setting an appointment or even trying to pay them. If youre looking for somewhere to show concern in helping you, I wouldnt recommend this place.

Horrible receptionist!! Gave me the wrong time to see our sons new therapist but told me I was in the wrong. She wanted to reschedule my son but I was like "I will go elsewhere to find care for my son"..
