I took a client there and the doctors are very nice but the front office staff were rude. They talked about people once they closed the glass. They were not helpful with check in. One staff got an attitude because she could not understand what I was saying to check in my client. Then an interpreter came in for a client that he had never met and she could not tell them that he was there to help him check in. I think they need to teach their office staff code of conduct.

I have to say all in all I have NEVER recieved any help from the Office Staff from West St Paul. The Doctors I do see are WONDERFUL, but the Office Staff do not follow through one bit, be prepared to do their job for them if you attend here. Very Poor Customer Service. Will be seeking new clinic, unfortunately. Since it almost took Six Months just to see the doctors and get on a regimen.

Although my psychiatrist is nice, they dont do well at helping with crisis situations or respond in a timely fashion if you leave messages (if they get back to you at all) I would go elsewhere if you have another option for mental health services.
