I have taken my dogs here for years and was very pleased up until I had requested that my youngest dogs records get transferred to a closer Vet.Clinic since I recently moved. However, I wanted my elderly dogs records to remain at Bear Creek since they have known her for years and my dog trusted them (as did I). My dog is now a senior and is experiencing some medical issues and I wanted her to be seen by Dr. Erickson. Much to my dismay and disappointment, since they faxed BOTH my dogs records to the other veterinarian they would not see my senior dog any longer. I asked why they sent both records over when I clearly asked for only my one dog. They said I would need to contact my "New Vet" as they wouldnt see my senior dog anymore. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of compassion and (I felt) rudeness in their return call.
