I was referred to Dr. Ross last night from an ER and and needed to see her urgently today! Between my primary Dr. and being sent to the ER twice, they couldnt figure out what was causing the reaction of rashes and hives, so they referred me to Dr. Ross! I called the office at 9:29 am this morning and got an appt for 10:45 this am! The staff are extremely nice and professional! Dr. Ross is very knowledgeable and thorough! Dr. Ross has great bedside manners and put me at ease! She figured out what the problem is and is treating it thoroughly! Thank you!

Went in for my first visit today. Loved Dr Ross and her staff. Everyone was so nice and really took their time with me and were very thorough in examining me. Listened to my concerns and took care of the issues I wanted taken care of. Even had to have a few stitches and it was completely painless.
