Dr. Perez is unfriendly, stiff, and avoids answering eye-care-related questions directly. His assistant, the receptionist is impatient, and also unhelpful. After ordering my frames, she called to tell me I owed $8 more than what she had originally charged me. Two hours later, she called again, stating the frames she had ordered for me were no longer available, suggesting I purchase a pair I had specifically told her I did not like. Their selection of frames is small and lacks creativity. Thankfully she canceled my order and refunded my money without arguing. Ill take my prescription elsewhere. First and definitely LAST experience with Family Eye Care!

Great selection of eye wear! Ive been going to Dr. Perez for almost 6 years now. As soon as I hit 40, my eyes took a dump. I didnt have a regular eye doctor so I pass by his office everyday and though I would take a chance. The staff is so friendly from the get go. Dr. Perez answers all my questions no matter how tedious they may be. The assistants/staff has helped me pick some of the best glasses that Ive ever had. They are thoughtful and helpful. Not sure why the other guy didnt like it, but Ive always had the best experiences with Dr. Perez and his staff.

Dr. Perez charge me maximum , give me the most expensive prescription , did not fix the problem week later I have to go to different doctor to fix my eye. Dr was unfriendly after over 1 hr seating with pain I ask haw long yet he have told me "You came to me if You dont like it go somewhere else " NEVER AGAIN GO THERE !!!!

Everyone at Family Eye Care Center are wonderful! Dr. Perez is caring and takes his time with you. They ensure eye health, and when it comes to looking for glasses, his staff are the best at helping you find the perfect frames so you can look your best. Ive been a patient for about 15 years and highly recommend them.
