Quest phone service really stinks. Trying to call them is impossible. I literally have to drive over there to verify they have received a fax. I will strongly consider using another service, which is too bad as I like Quest. I dont have the time to jump through hoops for a simple confirmation of receiving a fax.

Automated telecall really sucks - they dont have option to select our desired option. and when we speak it always has problem to take our request....really sucks, i never gave bad reviews this bad...

The automated system gets stuck on my zip code that begins with "0", cant get it to move off that menu. Very poor customer service for an off-hours call.
