I went once and that was enough. I was trying to explain to Dr. Ginsberg (Stephan) that I was having sensitivity in a couple of my teeth, but he didnt care. Told me to just wait it out. He was more concerned that I dont floss daily and kept telling me my teeth would fall out. Are you serious?!?!? I have had past dentist tell me my teeth where great and have been well taken care of. I go to the dentist every six months and brush at least twice a day. Just because I dont floss daily doesnt mean my teeth will fall out. Advice for Dr. Ginsberg, next time LISTEN to your patient instead of reprimanding them. I have already found a new dentist and will NOT be returning to Ginsberg Family Dental.

The entire staff is always professional, friendly, highly competent . I rarely have to wait long , all my questions are answered. The quality of the work Ive had done there has been stellar. It was even admired by another dentist when I had an urgent need to be seen when away from Mansfield.

I have been going to them for about 30 years now. This last time was as easy and comfortable as all of the other times. Great explanations of the work they were performing, the steps and procedures and the whole process. They were personable and friendly. They did great work, too.

Dr. Ginsberg and the staff were very friendly to me. The tools used to treat me were very comfortable and while I hate going to the dentist, I will definitely be returning.
