I had the complete opposite experience, not only were they overpriced, they refused to bill my insurance after multiple attempts and sent it to collections. the collection agency verified with the office and the insurance company that it had never been billed, there for they could not send it to collections. I tried for 15 months to straighten this out. I finally stopped hearing from them and figured it was taken care of. FIVE years later, the bill came back and even though they have notes of all my attempts to resolve and admit they never billed to insurance, they refuse to adjust the account and are still demanding payment, for a service that the insurance would have cover 100%. I have been calling the billing manager Sheila since 4/23, it is now 5/17 and she has yet to call me back!!!! Bunch of thieves...

The doctor was spectacularly condescending. Heaven help you if you need glasses, apparently the only person who can help you with that works different hours than everyone else, so you just have to hope. They answered the phone maybe one out of every 10 attempts to call and they never returned a single message I left. I wasnt going to leave a review, but now Im going through my insurance paperwork for the year and it looks like they overcharged me by $65.00. Could just be a paperwork error, but I cant learn because no one is calling me back. When I was there in person, the staff at the desk was great and very helpful, so Im giving an extra star for that.

The physicans and technicians are intent on taking the time to help you to make the appropriate decision for you and your needs. you never feel rushed or that you were not heard. The staff here is very friendly, and there is a wide selection of glasses. Ive been with Personal Eyes for about 8-10 years now, and I wont be changing eye doctors any time soon.
