This place is a nightmare. Hes supposed to have gone to Tufts Dental so I thought he would be really good. His wife is his secretary and she is extremely dishonest. She told me he was in my plan and HE WAS NOT so that meant more money out of my pocket. Also, he must use the absolute CHEAPEST lab to get his crowns because what he put in my mouth looked like a toy tooth you get for Halloween. It wasnt even the right color - nowhere close! His wife said its because I can bleach later on. Also, Ive had caps put on before and he didnt even clean or dry the area before plopping the permanent crown on my tooth! I cant believe his license hasnt been taken away. To add insult to injury the HIDEOUS looking cap broke hours after I left his office!!! I tried calling them and there was no answer and not even an answering machine or answering service to pick up. Granted, he WAS willing to replace the tooth, but if he doesnt even clean or dry the area first why would I want him to, and if the tooth looks completely ridiculous (it barely had any ridges!) of course I dont want him to replace it. Now my insurance is telling me unless they return the money to them I cant get the tooth fixed by anyone else for 5 years. If hed been in my plan the insurance could have helped me out. Also, they billed me UPFRONT for everything and I stupidly paid them on DAY ONE. Ugh!

I went to Dr. Balishs office while in high school as a junior so about 10 years ago, so it was much to my surprise when I found a $3200 charge on my credit report from his office just this past week!!!! How could I be charged when my bills were to be paid for by my mother and her credit card 10 years ago not to mention my implant came out within a year and still to this day is not permanent as an implant should be. My mother paid $5000 to this dentist office so Im confused how there is a $3200 charge on my credit report. Feeling very taken advantage of and disgusted that two people would do this to a child. Even now Im only 25 and dont know how I will deal with this insane theft I do not recommend dealing with this dentist office in anyway do not give them any sort of personal information or credit card information. The secretary is his wife and shes just as guilty as the dentist considering shes behind many of the extra charges and harassment.
