I cant speak for any body else but my daughter parents & myself all go here & the experience that we have all had is very well the staff cant do enough for u they r always plesent the place is always clean & even if u have an appointment sometimes theres a little bit of a wait the lab tecks that draws ur blood is very pleasant they introduce themselves as soon as they walk in they always make sure that they have the right person by going over all ur paper work u may b asked the same question that thay ask at the front desk I would always recommend this place to anybody just because they cant do enough for u

RUDE & UNCARING STAFF. TECH NOT QUALIFIED. DO NOT TELL YOU WHETHER THEY ACCEPT MEDICARE OR NOT. ONLY THAT THEY NEED TO COPY PHOTO ID, MEDICARE & ANY OTHER INSURANCE CARD PLUS A VALID CREDIT CARD IN CASE MEDICARE DOES NOT PAY. WHY SHOULD THEY PERMITTED TO COPY THESE CARDS...ESPECIALLY A CREDIT CARD. ITS BAD ENOUGH THEY COPY SS CARD. IDENTITY THEFT IS RUNNING RAMPID. CONSTANTLY ON NEWS REPORTS, NEWSPAPERS, ETC. RIDICULOUS SYSTEM.

This "laboratory" is horrible. When my mom went to pick up her stool specimen kit, the medical assistant gave quick and lousy instructions. A few weeks later, we dropped off the stool kit and they made us re label it in the lab ourselves due to the stool tubes being contaminated on the outside and illegible. DO NOT GO HERE. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND APATHETIC.

Long wait...arrived at 7:55am ...finished at 9:40am...MAKE APPOINTMENT!!! More importantly the person taking blood appeared to hate her job...no eye contact...no hello just barked orders took the blood slapped on a Cotten ball and walked out of the room when she was done

Ivery been here three times and all the staff is friendly and accomedating. Even when there has been a full house with a number of walk ins I was in and out in no time. More over Im not one who likes to get needle an its no worst then a pin prick. There good!

Worst place ever. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Wait time is ridiculous no matter what time you get here. If you have nothing better to do come have a seat for two hours or so. Poor.. Poor...Poor.

Very unprofessional they move slow as turtles. Dont follow the list sat for more then 2hrs. If you dont having anything to do come on and have a seat with everyone else
