Today, I had an appt for a routine physical. Everything went well until Dr. David Kang, proceeded to say racial slurs and was very unprofessional in the examination room. He felt I was in the wrong for having his office pay fees regarding an appt the occurred a year ago. He still must have hard feelings about that issue to say, black people need to pay their bills and stop looking for hands outs. I guess he feels a patient should be held responsible for paying for tests that are unnecessary. His team was asked multiple times by BCBS and Labcorp to provide the necessary paperwork to justify the reasoning for the test but was never followed through in a timely fashion. The invoice went into collections and was eventually settled by myself and Dr. Kangs office. I had to contact their office several times to resolve this issue over the course of several months. Just beware of this practice. You dont need to take his verbal abuse, please contact your insurance carrier and file a complaint.

Unacceptably long wait time. The office manager is rude, and refused to work with the patient to correct the billing error.

Very polite very accommodating every time I go there it is a quick comfortable visit and dr kang is great
