I dont normally write reviews EVER but I feel that I have to really praise the work done by Dr. Huberman and his staff. My initial consult meeting with Dr Huberman went very well. He looked at my X-rays, explained to me what exactly needed to be done, and answered all of my questions as well as addressed my concerns. When the day of my surgery finally came (impacted wisdom tooth) both he and staff were amazing! I opted to go with local anesthetic and not get put sleep. I was a bit nervous but he explained everything as he went. Reassuring me that Id be fine and everything would go well. He numbed me briefly and I sat in the room for about 10mins for the anesthesia to kick in. He came back and began. The process took all of maybe 15mins if that! He worked so efficiently all the while reassuring me that the pressure Id feel was normal. He asked how I was doing and if I was ok. No one ever really talks about a pleasant tooth extraction let alone wisdom teeth. However, I must say that my expirence was nothing short of pleasant aside from a little pressure here and there. I will recommend anyone I know that needs a tooth pulled to go here! Thank you so much!! You were awesome!!

HORRIBLE customer service! I just called to see if they were in network with my dental plan and the woman gave me such an attitude. I told her it was my first time going to an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth and she interrupted me, raised her voice and said "okay, thats what I just said. You need to come in for a consultation!" And I said well Im just asking because its my first time. She said what times good for you to come in? I began to ask her another question and she interrupted and said "you know what, Im not going to fight with you! Do you want to make an appointment or not" and I just hung up. The rudest experience ever. These people should know that customers are already fearful enough of getting their teeth worked on and should make the experience as pleasant as possible. I cannot believe I was just spoken to like that.

Im not a patient here, however I came with a friend who was getting her wisdom teeth out. Within 5 minutes of being here I wanted to leave, the woman who took her back was beyond nasty and rude for a lack of better words. Especially in a situation in which you are put under anesthesia most would prefer a comforting environment. This was not. The doctor was rude. EXTREMELY. For no reason, just for checking on my friend was i reprimanded. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Her mother and i explained to the front desk what my friend was saying and as soon as it was negative everyone pounced on us meanwhile we were merely explaining what she said. The surgery went well, yes. But the X Ray Tech was the only nice one there. i work in a doctors office so i understand tending to a patient and this was no the way to do it.
