Waited a week to hear back from anyone about the results of a test. Tired of waiting, I called for the results and was told they had results for several days prior, however no one reached out to me. I originally explained to a receptionist the reason for my call, and was transferred to another receptionist, to whom I had to repeat the entire story. Both were extremely rude and insulting. This office and their practice leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service should be phenomenal for all health care providers.

I got there a half hour before they were supposed to be leaving. They got me signed in and they took me as soon as they were done with their appointments. I saw a nurse practitioner. She was fantastic. She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.

Long waits, complete sense of apathy from staff, and doctors who dont actually listen to anything you tell them. Find somewhere else because these people dont care about you or your health.

Terrible service, not enough seating in the waiting room, 1-3 hour waiting times, snotty receptionists, this place is in desperate need of change.
