Dr. Feldan is amazing. Hes smart compassionate, and has an office staff that is detrimental to his image. They are rude, unprofessional, loud, ghetto, condescending and could care less about the practice there. As a registered nurse, I was told some pure BS by the assistive staff. I didnt even comment. I just shook my head wondering how someone not in medicine could be affected. Then my blood pressure was taken manually- a skill I once taught RN students, and the results were comical. Only these mistakes arent funny when health is involved. I havent had a normal blood pressure since high school! So when I told Dr Feldan and he retook it....of course my pressure was what Im used to seeing. Bottom line dont expect to feel respected until you actually see the doctor.

Avoid aggravation and waiting long times to be seen! Dec. 5, 2011: I had a terrible experience at Mount Laurel Primary Care Physicians office. I had an appointment for a physical, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. They told me there were 2 people ahead of me. After sitting for 40 minutes in the waiting room, they finally got me in. The nurse told me to get undressed and the Dr. would be seeing me shortly! I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room, the Dr. didnt show up! No one even bothered to check on me or tell me that the Dr. was behind. Finally, I had to leave without being examined!

The staff is terrible; they are disrespectful and very rude. They do not listen to you (the patient). One in particular needs to learn etiquette and how to deal with patients on a professional level (her name is Cassandra). Once you are in the exam room, the drama and rudeness stops. The doctors and office manager act professionally and empathically. However, the majority of their medical assistants need some serious training on how to act professionally, empathically, and friendly.

The Office staff is rude and unwilling to help. Never willing to help without a struggle.
