As far as eye exam goes, its fine. They have the same tools as any other place. Getting an appointment, if you want one after work be prepared to make it at least 3 months in advance. If you want it during the day you might only have to wait a month or so. Billing. KEEP GOOD RECORDS of your payments, do not pay cash. Their record keeping is HORRIBLE.I;ve received the wrong bill with wrong date of service. Ive been told they havent received payment and when I checked my records not only had they received it but they had cashed my check a month earlier. Its craziness like this that makes me upset at a business. Billing is part of customer service and customer service is key. I probably would of given them a 1 because of the time and records except thenDr, Berry was really great with the kids and Dr. Kapiloff is good. Im still checking on if I paid CC or Check on my kids appointments. I thought they made me pay a copay and upon further checking I was not supposed to pay a copay.

The front desk staff was very polite and greeted me nicely when I walked in. I didnt wait at all for the appointment. Dr. Kapiloff was very thorough and personable. Fashionable selection of glasses and the girl helping me was very informative about what I need. Makes going to the doctor enjoyable. Highly suggested to everyone!

Staff is not great. Rude and unfriendly. Too busy talking to each other and good at ignoring customers. Makes you feel very uncomfortable. Doctor is good, nothing special, but not too bad at all. But the staff is what makes the atmosphere. If they dont change the staff, I will be changing my doctor.
