What if you hired another person to check people in? I waited 17 mins. On line then another 3 mins to check her in . Theres always a long line. Since you have more check in questions than other facilities, try to be realistic. If we are late the appointment, its canceled but its fine for us to wait in line 20 mins. And forget trying to make therapy appointments. Are you using a different computer system than chop main? The therapist and and doctors are great, thats the only reason I continue to put up with it.

I liked the receptionist, nurses, PA and the doctor, and the woman I spoke to on the phone to make his original appointment was super nice and helpful. Never had a long wait and everyone was very pleasant. Seems very clean, too. Even when we went to the main campus in Philly for his operation everyone was awesome.

We were there to see a cardiology specialist about a month ago, yet still have not heard back from them regarding the test results. We were told to hear back from them within a week at the time of return. I left voice message twice (as they never answer the phone calls directly), yet still no return call. :(

The doctor was good. However, the reception staff did not explain that this specialty care center bills only as an hospital. There are many good doctors in the Princeton area. I would not go back to this specialist due to billing issues.

The facility bills like a hospital and not like a specialty center. Other top notch specialist in the area are more feasible. I would only go there again, if my kids would need hospital treatment, otherwise its not worth going there.

Poor receptionist help. Patrons should not have to jump through hoops just to make an appointment. Her question: well whats wrong with her eyes? I believe if I had the answer to that I would not be seeking professional healthcare.
