The worst hospital EVERRRR! Just being in the emergency room is depressing. I walked into the emergency room and the registration clerk says " someone will be with you shortly" and continued doing what she was doing. I am there for a reason what do you mean "shortly". Second I go in and state that I believe I have a strep throat or something of that source. Nurses come in and swab my throat and then the PA comes in and I tell her my issue. She leaves the room and I hear her in the hallway talking SHITTTT about my issue to the other nurses and I hear " Eww" and laughing. I didnt know it was a laughing matter but apparently to them it was. So the PA comes back in and says the test for strep throat was negative so she proceeded to hand me a prescription for ibuprofen (which Ive been taking for four days already). I said no I do not want that ive been taking it for four days and nothing has improved. She actually had the AUDACITY to argue back with me and raise her voice like as if im not the patient ! I asked her to send someone else in that I can talk to she stormed out of the room and sent someone else is who gave me two other different medications. I CANT STANDDDD THAT hospital. Now I know why this is my second time there is YEARSSSS and the waiting room has been completely empty. I wouldnt step foot in that place ever again in my life id rather die. Thats what they are gonna do for ya anyway. Trust me do not go there for NOTHINGGGGG

the Worst Dog Hospital That Almost Killed Me... True Story I Walked In Emergency Room Thinking Maybe I Have A Fever Or The Flu An Ear Infection And Broncidas A Masive Migraine ... Hoping For A Real Diagnosis From These People... I Thought They Were Gonna Help Me... They Prescribed Me Migraine Meds And Cough Syrup... The Next Morning My Temperature Was At 102.5.... I Emidiatly Went To Anna Jakes In Newburyport... They Sent Me For An Exray Right Away And Found I Have An Amonia... Put An I V On Me To ReHydrate Me Since I Couldnt Keep Any Fluids Down Prescribed Me Antibiotics To Help Me Get Better .... Not Only Did They Perform A Diagnosis They Saved My Life... And They Left All The Stupid Unnecessary Questions Out... Just What They Needed To No.... So Thanks Doctor Kirt For Carrying And Your Staff Who Find There Boyfriends More Important Than The Sick People Walking In Emergency You Guys Almost Killed Me...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The ER nurses are completely rude, disrespectfull and impatient. The lack of professionalism this hospital is disgusting. I was appalled at how they treated me when I was visiting a client for support. The nurse said I was an agitation and I should not have gone into her hospital, then kicked me out. My client was left with that poor excuse of a nurse restrained and upset. To anyone looking for actual care, Id recommend ANY other hospital. This one should be closed down as an embarrassment to the health field. That nurse should be educated on how to work with the public, seeing as its a huge part of the job. What a sorry excuse for "care".

A day before Thanksgiving I went to Boston to get some medical help at a walk-in clinic in a well-known hospital. My expierence wasnt good, one test, not much help or advice. I decided to go to the emergency room in at the Merrimack Valley Hospital in Haverhill. After months of infections someone finally checked my blood, and did an ultrasound and I got a proper diagnosis. All personell from the reception desk to the nurses, specialists, and doctors were very friendly, understanding and professional. 5 stars and more from me and my family on this day !!! Thanks to you I could enjoy the Thanksgiving, finally knowing something concrete about my health. Big thanks !!!

I was admitted to the ER for a bee sting that stopped my breathing and covered me in hives. I was shaking, nauseous and feeling like death. I had no idea just what kind of trouble I was in. The staff was amazing. Never once did they make me feel scared or unsafe. They were extremely attendant and professional. I was moved up to the ICU unit for the night and the nurse there (Jackie) was amazing. I cannot say enough about what a professional, compassionate and caring nurse she is. I was kept safe, comfortable and never treated like a burden. I am lucky to be alive right now and I have this staff to thank. Thank You!!

I went here after my gastric sleeve which I did in another hospital, I came here because I felt pain and when I got there I was the only one waiting still I had to wait around 3 hours to be called then 3hours more for the doc to go in the room to tell me he cant do anything and proceeded to tell "good luck on ur surgery because everyone I know thats done that surgery failed at it" I might wanna add he needed it himself anyways he sent me home without giving me Anything for the pain... Worst experience ever at a hospital might as well drive to Lawrence

friends of mine were in a motorcycle accident and bolt of them were in bad shape they were brut in by en ambulance they were bolt under 18 the hospital would not touch ether one of them until there parents got there to sign a consent form meanwhile they were bleeding and in a lot of pain. it took 2.5 hours to get treated and the doctors and nurses were very rude and inconsiderate with no compassion. I also had 2 bad experiences but this is not a book so ill end this. short story if your dying make your final words TAKE ME TO A DIFRENT HOSPATAL!!!!

The staff for the most part were very nice a few Grinchs on staff but not many so thats good. However I didnt see a doctor the entire time in the ER or even after being admitted !?! They were judging my levels on labs that were over 12 hours old telling me Im still sick but I like to think I know my body a bit better than that..... I tried telling them I felt much better but they kept on about old labs so I told them to redo my labs.... this place needs a bit of work I think... but the nurses I delt with were very nice and caring.

Merrimac valley holy family, DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE COMPLETE MORONS, I came in having an allergic reaction, they put me in a room and left me there with my husband, my face and eye was swollen like a balloon, the triage commented I had no hives, the swelling on my face is hives, my lips are sensative, I have an epi, but dislike giving my self shots, I have taken benedryl and I take zyrtec every night. Worse decision coming here. I thought because I was having a reaction. They may be able to handle it, guess what, nope.

The worst hospital in the whole of Northeast! I waited for almost 3 hours and when I went to ask the nurse the status of things, she was so rude (loud too) that the whole waiting area gasped! I had to drive to RI to see my doctor. As I was leaving I asked one of the ladies at the registration desk if I would be charged she said no. Guess what? I received a bill in a months time. For what? Being yelled at? So infuriating! I wish there was a zero star ranking as this hospital deserves it!
