EN ESE HOSPITAL LOS "MEDICOS Y Las ENFERMERAN SON ESTUDIANTE DE MEDICINA Y EN VEZ DE DAR UN Buen trato a los paciente tratan a uno como animales te entran en un habitacion y te hacen esperar 4 hora pa darte un ibuprofen ya ese hospital se daño no es como ante yo no regreso mas a ese hospital he pasado 2 experiencia terrible me senti descriminada x ese grupo de odiosa gringa dike enfermera parecen automatica NO saven lo k estan haciendo son unos inconciente realmente son ESTUDIANTE MEDICOS Y ENFERMERA K NO TIENE COCIENCIA DEL DOLOR DE LOS PACIENTE

HORRIBLE PAIN CLINIC. This was my 3rd pain clinic I had been to for Myofascial pain in my back.(which is a form of fibromyalgia) when I was 16 snowboarding, I was going 20-25 mph when I hit a jump I did a back flip and a half and landed on concrete on my upper back. I went there for over a year, I told myself this was the last pain clinic Im going to. I did everything they told me to do and nothing made anything better only worse or no change. I kept telling them I was in horrible pain to the point that I was ready to give up and kill myself. All they had to say was you dont want to do that and theres nothing else you can do. When I asked "so then what am I supposed to do?" Their answer was I dont know. Warn your kids not to get injured, Americas health care is a joke this day in age. I guess thats what happens when people care more about drug addicts, then the law abiding citizens who want to excell in life, and give back. So if you get hurt give Drs 2 years, but if they dont help or make things worse just kill yourself. Trust me youll be better off.

My 85 year old mother recently went to STEWARD Holy Family ER for flu like symptoms, which we arrived around 9 AM, she was taken in right away and was first seen by a NP Mgr because she needed to be seen and they were very busy (which we appreciated) but CARE from there went downhill. The Physican Asst came right in and determined to admit her, where she then laid on an ER gurney (very uncomfortable) until 9 PM AT NIGHT waiting for bed as my mother was told her bed was given away. She had NO PILLOW, evening shift nurse(older) never came in room to check on her, I had to request her to look into why she hasnt been moved. She had an automatic BP cuff on her that was to automatically blow up and check her BP, she said it never worked and when I was there it never blew up. This department could have brought in a REGULAR HOSPITAL BED AND PILLOW!! for this 85 year old who was ill and that never happened. I will never go to this hospital again. Shame on Steward for such poor care regarding her age, she was very uncomfortable.

Worst hospital in the State of Massachusetts the nurses and staff are inept. My 76 year old father was taken there on Sunday November 1, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at 4.00 A.M. on November 2, 2014 he still was in the inept E.R. in pain and waiting over an hour to replace his I.V. tubes. He was having difficulties from his lung surgery and was treated not only with a deliberate indifference. He went there via ambulance because of great pain due to post-operation difficulties and distress with two tubes in his right lung and possible blood clothes the staff and nurses are rude and inhumane. After waiting for hours for assist, I spoke up and was not only treated unkind and they had me removed from the property by the police. The hospital has no accountable treats people like animals they run a broken ship. I will be filing the proper complaints with the proper authorities. But I advised anyone to stay away from that inhumane and inept hospital and rudest nurses and staff in the world.

This was by far the worst hospital Ive ever been to in my life!!!!!! Nobody at the "Main Entrance " No security, no front desk staff. It was a free range hospital. Good luck if you have a loved one on the 4th floor! Dont use the first elevators you see. They bring you to a hallway that leads to nowhere!!! God forbid there was 1 staff member around to help you! I was waiting for a tumbleweed to roll through! Upon finally getting to my loved ones room, I was horrified that the only person that entered his room was an LNA who used his hand to erase the last shift workers name . Then ,he proceeded to empty the roommates urine bottle into the toilet never once washing his hands, and he wasnt wearing gloves!!!!!!! Nobody in the 2 hours I was there came to check my family members vitals or check on him at all for that matter!!!! I wouldnt send a rat here! This is a far cry from the Bon Secour! Shame on you Steward Health Care!!!!!

I went to Holy Family for extreme pain, thinking it was kidney stones. We waited awhile, but there were a few other people ahead of us. When we finally got into a room, we were overwhelmed with one person after another coming in the room. First the cat scan tech. Then a nurse to give me an iv with something for pain and nausea. I was rolled in for a cat scan (conveniently in the er). 20 minutes later we had the results. A Dr. came in, and said he wanted to admit me for a kidney infection, and colitis. I was wheeled up to a room, where I was met with Kathy, a nurse. She couldnt have been more kind and informative. She even fannagled me a sandwich even though the kitchen had closed. I ended up spending two nights, and everyone was great. Kate, the nurse was wonderful. The food was good. It was noisy at night, but it is a hospital so no surprise. I had no problem with any of the staff. I wish I could remember everyones name.

Horrible service, discriminate and do not have charisma to treat people, they just want to enter patients for factoring, to help and to care for human beings, human quality is needed and there is no human quality. horrible el servicio, discriminan y no tienen carisma para tratar a las personas, solo quieren ingresar los pacientes para el factoring, para ayudar y atender seres humanos se necesita calidad humana y alla no la hay.

If I could pick no stars I would. Holy Family is nothing like it was during the years of Billy Lane. My 90 year old mother arrived by ambulance at 3am. I followed in my car. When I got to the desk to get information on where she was,the attendant was chatting with a friend. She didnt even acknowledge me. When I finally broke through and told them I had to be with my mother I was told no visitors. Wait, what? She could not converse. How were they to know what happened? But was just the beginning...urine stained sheets hiding under bed pads..urine stained pillow cases being removed and new ones put on without the pillow being sanitized....AND this was in front of me! This Hospital needs to be shut down by Public Health. Who knows what goes on when know one is watching. Gail Hermann Shea.
