Phlebotomy skills good. Easy, largely painless blood draws. However, attitudes abound. Zero consideration for timelines. Employees will chat with each other and roll their eyes at patients. I had one early morning, fasting blood draw scheduled. I was 2nd person to arrive in office. I waited almost 1 hour because - well, I dont know why. Maybe they didnt like the way I looked? Who knows. Ive never just been able to get in and out regardless of time or how many people are there.

Almost all technicians in the past had problem targeting my veins and left large areas of bruise after blood draw. But the technician here today was very accurate and quick. He also said my vein was tiny but he did really well. Thank you!!!
