My husband and I both were patients here. We both are happy with the doctor but have been disappointed at our treatment by supporting staff two years in a row. Unfortunately we will not be returning due to support staff who dont seem to enjoy their job and act like you are putting them out upon your arrival or any phone call to schedule. I also had to leave my contact fitting without contacts that would work, to be told to just pick up the new trail contacts in a few days( I had no idea if they would work or not, and the last pair I tried on at the fitting were extremely blurry). I paid $60 for a contact fitting and do not think I should have to go all the way home to decided if I like my contacts or can even see with them to go back in a third time. Also be careful, there are two locations and once I showed up to the wrong location for an appointment on accident. UPDATE: I still am working on getting a pair of contacts that works for me. It has been a month of working on this. I dont like that they make you pickup trials to put them in your eyes at home and realize they do not work right away. Id prefer an appointment right away so I dont have to make another trip to see the doctor to order another pair of trials, to wait to go pick them up again and repeat the process. Im on my third pair of contact trial pickups. We will not be returning.

Very mixed feelings while writing this review. While I will never leave my doctor (Kislin) I have to agree that the staff makes it VERY difficult to want to stay. As another reviewer said, they are loud, unprofessional, and borderline disrespectful. The doctors are TOP NOTCH and several times have treated me, my children, and all other family members. We are invested in the group and trust them explicitly.

Not very good will never come back was told I didnt owe anything next thing I know I get a bill in the mail for $200 crazy. And they billed the wrong insurance
