Dr. Joseph Vitale is by far the greatest doctor I have ever had. He will always give you a COMPLETE description of the situation your facing, most times he gives you clear and realistic examples, and trust me, if the St. Joseph is too lazy to find your problem, Vitales experience will more than definitely pinpoint your issue in the first visit. He will answer your questions with vivid responses that make sense, unlike St. Joseph giving ridiculous responses to every day common diagnoses. He is indeed responsible to questions over the phone, even though he may be busy at times to take the call right away. If thats the case, you will receive a returned call. I do understand the review of the first reviewer in terms of waiting time, but as any other doctor involved matter, waiting is always a must as there are always people ahead of you. I recommend him to anyone. 5/5 stars given on my behalf.

The doctors are nice but they take forever in a day to see you. Its not even of any use to make an appointment because they still see you 4 hours later. Every time I come to this place its always 3-4 hours wait, they then complain "theres nothing they can do if we dont like it they can reschedule"...how about you get more organized ??

Doctor is good but wait time is insanely long. Had an appointment at 11am. Came in at 10am but want seen till 1pm. I dont see whats the point of making an appointment. Just another typical doctor trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible in a day to make money.

Dr. Mary Vitale is great but her Medical Assistants are very rude, in person and over the phone. The wait time is ridiculous. I had a 930 appointment and didnt get seen until almost 12. I switched PCP after my 3rd visit.
