So it was around that time of year I needed to get my eye checked for some new lenses. Usually, I just go the Cohens on Steinway to get it over with since its the closest place that my insurance accepts, but I forgot the opening times for them. So, I googled the closest Vision center/clinic expecting it to show up. Then I noticed this new place opened up during the two years I havent gotten my eyes checked and it was closer, so I said why not. As soon as I entered I felt this calm, and peaceful atmosphere ( I loved the flooring too). After I entered, I approached the front desk and was kindly asked to show my insurance and ID for the appointment. Then, I was told to wait and in about 2-3 minutes I was given my eye exam. One thing I really liked about the office was the Optometrist cleaned every component that she used before she started the tests and was very open to explaining and describing the issues that were found. I did not feel like I was rushed in any way when I was taking the exam and was given much more attention than I have been getting from my previous clinics. Overall, I really loved this place and will continue to visit them for my exams every year.

The optometrist here is great and very skilled! One of their automated machines gave a result that would have required an expensive prescription change, but she thought it was odd and found the root cause that was giving a false positive! I was then able to treat the condition with a few rounds of over the counter drops and ointments. They also have a great selection of frames, and their technician is very good at making them fit perfectly. Their counter staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as well, making the whole process easy and painless!

Service is very professional, both the salespeople on the floor and the doctor who took my new prescription. Very happy with my new glasses, and with the whole experience from start to finish. I lost my glasses when the cab I was riding in rear-ended a bus. Without knowing that was why I was replacing my glasses, the woman offered me 10% off. In that moment, this was so touching to me. So very grateful. Cannot recommend this place higher.

Outstanding quality of services and sweet deal!! They are very friendly and professional, putting lots of efforts to satisfy my needs. I really LOVE the new glasses they made for me and they also helped me save a lot of money with my insurance plan. Very friendly, helpful, and stylish personnel - they dont rush you and they have good ideas, but are not pushy about it, and the eye exams are painless and informative. They have a great selection of frames and a highly functional online/text reminder system for setting up appointments and letting you know when your glasses/contacts are ready for pick up.

The quality might be not bad but the staff is so rude!! Specially the chinese or korean girl in the front desk she probably have a degree in ophthalmology but she lacks manners and marketing! She doesnt even give people eye contact.
