Visiting Bayside Family Eyecare was one of the most stress-free and pleasant health care experiences Ive had in a very long time. Dr. Chen is so professional, personable, and patient which made me feel confident I was getting a thorough and accurate exam. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions with clear, knowledgeable responses. As it turns out the reason I never wore my old glasses is I had the wrong prescription this whole time. Since I picked up my glasses I havent taken them off and am seeing very clear for the first time in 27 years. The staff up front is also great. Tatianna and Steven were extremely helpful throughout the process from filing my insurance paperwork to fitting my frames. I have recommended this office to everyone I know and I am sure they wont be disappointed.

Dr Chen is awesome! Stopped in for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr Chen is very thorough, professional and super thoughtful. Since we are just in town for a few days to visit family and wouldnt be in town to pick up the glasses when they are ready, he even offered to mail the new glasses to us at home. Dr Chen was so patient with helping my husband select his new set of glasses. My husband loves his new glasses. Thanks so much Dr. Chen!

The glasses were ready for pickup within a few days and what could have been a scary experience for my small daughter turned out to be exciting and pleasant. The BEST doctor, and staff! The doctor is knowledgeable, very nice, and so patient. The staff is also knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. It is clean, and organized. They even have toys for children (like mine) to play with, and keep occupied, while you pick out your glasses in peace. Extremely satisfied with this place!

Great place! My glasses broke while I was at the Chinese place(Im a bit clumsy lol) I came upstairs and they fixed them no charge! They fixed them so well they dont even move!
