I had been suffering from a blinding tooth infection for a couple days. I called Bright Smiles in tears on a Friday morning at 8am and they made me an appointment at 10am. I had never been there before and didnt care, I just needed someone. I couldnt have been luckier to stumble on this practice. The office is so pleasant I felt better just stepping in the door. The staff was incredibly up-beat, friendly and empathetic. Dr. Cruz took me on a tour of the office while my room was prepped, which kept my mind off the pain. Dr. Cruz and his staff explained all my options and the associated cost in detail. I was able to make decisions fully informed and with the dentists advice. I ended up choosing a tooth extraction, which was a first for me. It was a tricky extraction, but Dr. Cruz was great - I felt nothing at all, he talked me through the process, and he got it out quickly. Between the relief I got from removing the tooth, the smooth procedure, and the lovely view out the window watching snow fall, it was one of the best mornings of my life.

I was having my hair done next door and just walked in to ask some questions about the practice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, everyone is very knowledgeable. They let you know what theyre doing and why while theyre working on your teeth. Ive been going to the dentist for many years and have not had this happen unless I asked. Dr. Cruz sat down with me and went over my X-rays with me and a plan including the costs. He told me what he felt should be taken care of first, second, etc. My first visit was very successful, no pain and the very next day I was in no pain. I am very, very satisfied with this group and would highly recommend the practice. If I could give them more than five stars I would. By the way, Dr. Cruz helped my husband with pulling a very abscessed tooth and as soon as the tooth was out he was relieved of most of the pain. The very next day he was just about pain free. A lot of details but the group deserves the praise.

I was looking for a new dentist and saw positive feedback on Facebook for Bright Smiles so I decided to try them out. I hadont not been to the dentist for quite some time so I was apprehensive about how the cleaning would go but I was very happily surprised. I had no pain during the cleaning and very little bleeding (unusual for me). I had a very comprehensive consultation with the dentist and had to have my remaining two wisdom teeth extracted. The procedure was quick and pain free. I am very happy with my decision, the staff us great and very helpful.

Absolutely amazing job! Before Dr. Cruz took over the office I had a horrible experience. I was having pain during and after the same procedure that he just performed. While he was fixing a issue that was not properly done before he made sure I was comfterable during the whole process. He walked me through it step by step knowing how nervous I was. I would absolutely recommend him!! Ive had several dentist prior to him and I can honestly say he has been by far the best one yet! The staff was also amazing and professional!

Dr. Cruz and his staff are amazing. I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and he is the only doctor I have seen that made me feel comfortable. He is fun, knowledgeable, and completely reassuring. His office is relaxed and inviting while the staff are so welcoming. I always feel at home when I go to this office. Ive visited his office about 7 times his past year to get some procedures done and have always left knowing that my teeth are in good hands.

Dr. Cruz has a fantastic sense of humor and is great at calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable. As someone who has severe dental phobia, finding Dr Cruz was a wonderful thing. Dr Cruz met with me and my brother prior to coming in for an appointment and answered all the questions we had. They did everything on our time with our comfort levels. Theyre a gem in the middle of a small town. Highly recommend.
