Im giving this clinic a 4. This place helped me when I was pregnant and had not the slightest clue on what I needed to do . At the time I was laid off and didnt know what to do next. I made an appointment to meet with Angela who assisted me with enrolling into an insurance plan .Shes bilingual which now a days I dont think people give enough credit to those who are. Then I met Phyllis . She is the mama hen in the facility. She has been working there for such a long time and knows the operations of the business on the back of her hand. She is empathetic and reassures you can do this. She sometimes also gives you that tough love that you need to get over yourself and your doubts. She is passionate and thats what made me trust her. The midwives are grounded and professional. When my baby was born , we chose to see Dr. Rieper . She is a insightful yet approachable with any questions or concerns we have. She understands the worry of being a new parent considering she is one herself. She even noticed a small birthmark that appeared on our babys head . That really impressed me with her alertness. We also really like nurse Donna, Nelda and Erlinda . They are very sweet and smart. As for the front desk , we got to know a few of them and they are nice as well . They remember our names and our babys. They do tackle a lot of responsibility such as handling a high call volume along with a lot of patients coming in. Look, Im not saying this place is perfect but its a good clinic in town that gives you a lot of resources. This clinic is convenient for us and there are good people that work there. I think their opportunity is to improve the administrative management and to give more support to the staff since everyone seems to be wearing many caps.

Dr. Tibbut and staff is generally always nice. However office seems a bit disorganized in that they are always running late by atleast 30 to 45 mins, seem to be unable to follow through with requests like copies of lab work or immunization records and when you get a referral to a specialist they dont check if they are in youre network with your insurance and you have to go back or call and sit on hold for 30 mins, which just takes longer and could have been avoided in the first place.

Ive seen the midwives there through my whole pregnancy and all the nurses and dr. Took great care of me and were always so nice. They helped me deal with all the insurance stuff that I didnt understand. I ended up needing an emergency cesarean section because my babys heartbeat randomly dropped. If it wasnt for this group practice catching the problem my daughter wouldnt be here today. Both her and myself still see a family doctor Dr Reiper here and we love her!

From the time you make your appointment to the time you see your doctor (Dr. Rieper is excellent!) these excellent professionals are the best in Dutchess County and probably New York. God Bless them All! Barbara Lynn Citrone

The women who work at the front desk are mean and not very bright. This is why I hate this place and hope I never have to go back.
