Evrytine I come here is 2 hours waiting regardless you have an appt. And I have a bad experience with this place once I did the whitening for $500 for nothing they send me home with a kit that I could had bougjt from rhe Pharmacy. Later I did a root canal and they charged me $$$$ so now they said is not working that they have to take the tooth out anyways rhe problem is my time & money went to waste since Im a private I have not insurance..uuugghhhh.

The place is definitely child friendly. Free parking. Toys everywhere, colorful etc. Ive had difficulty setting up appointments that work with my kids school schedule and they refuse to make an appointment on a day to see all of my children. So I find myself going there a few times every 6 months. Huge inconvenience. The staff isnt too parent friendly but they do good dental work.

i called to make an appt for my 8yr old son who has never been to the dentist, & was told they currently not taking in new patients who have medicaid. like really, your right smack center of the bronx & u dont take new patients with medicaid... so i guess this place is there just for the money... smh they will not have my business...

Me and my kids have been coming here for years I love the dentist and they love them too this is the best place on Earth for your children to go to the dentist give them tokens to get them toys and tooth brushes and cleaning supplies looking forward to my 6 month cleaning I have 3 children and now they have a good dentist best place

Today was my 15 month old first appt and it happened to be because she injured her front teeth well I was impressed they took us on short notice and was so sweet and efficient. My daughter had a aregular dentist but now this is her new dentist I love the we were treated they were amazing.

Very unprofessional, avoid this place if you can they do not respect peoples time. Always cancelling appointments and it takes forever to get an appointment. Show up to my childs appointment only to be told they dont have his appointment in the system.

My kids have been going here for about 6 or 7 years and I have zero complaints. The wait time is not bad. Similar to most doctors office. The staff is friendly and so amazing.
