Went in on Saturday to have the glasses I purchased at Vision Heights Center adjusted. The ladies who greet you on the right hand side are always friendly, but the woman I interacted with behind the glasses counter was extremely rude and ended up doing a terrible job "adjusting" my glasses. She simply yanked on each temple and told me I must have sat on my glasses......? Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Never had an issue with my previous pair of glasses (purchased from another retailer) that actually spent time getting them right. Now, one side is way too tight and the other feels too loose and they are STILL CROOKED. I am extremely frustrated and would advise others to avoid this place. You spend too much money on eyewear to have to deal with rude employees and bad service.

I have been going here for years for my eye exams/glasses and contacts. All the doctors are great here, my issues are with the store staff. After messing up my glasses perscription and getting that fixed, I ordered contacts which they also messed up and lost my prescription. I reordered a second time, which they forgot about and had to re-reorder. Then they tried to charge me and denied that they messed up my order previously. After getting everything right the third time, they tried to charge me to which I argued with them so they let me leave and just double billed my insurance company. Thanks! Now I cant get new glasses until another 2 years (this was supposed to be a 2016 claim) Needless to say I will not be returning

Front office staff is non-caring, full of "I wish I was somewhere else" attitude who treat people like cattle. Luckily I only came here for a quick eye exam and Dr. Friedman was OK enough but even his speeding along cold treatment didnt leave a positive impression. Central location, lots of people come through here, hence dont expect to receive a warm welcome. I got my eye exam and that was that. But, I will not return. Id rather go to a more pleasant place that treats me like a human.

Lapin and I came here to for our general vision exam. The staff was friendly the two times I was there but Lapin said they werent nice to him when he went to pick up his frames. He said the receptionist was rude and off-putting. The female eye doctor we had was nice and very friendly. She was thorough and patient. The gentleman who helped me pick my frames was very friendly and patient as well. He let me try on over 10 frames without getting annoyed.

I have been a customer of Heights Vision for years. Ive never had any problems with their service. They have a large selection of frames for all types of faces, which is great and allows you to pick different styles as well. The employees as well as the Doctors are very personable with their customers and explain everything clearly. I love them!! I would not change them for anything in the world. Awesome group of people!!!

Dr. Friedman is ok, but the help there is just dreadful, always acting like they a doing you a favor to wait on you. I picked up a $500 pair of glasses there yesterday and no one bothered to thank me. Further, their frames are significantly more expensive than the identical frames elsewhere, as I learned to my dismay checking the internet last night.

The doctors here are great and friendly, as well as the staff. The doctors make you feel very comfortable and I like how you can pick which day you would like to come in. Its never crowded so you get to see the doctor right away. They have a lot of frames to choose from. Even the insurance frames are great! I dont plan to change my optometrist.

Like many new york city doctors this doctor must have minimum wage Cretans answering the phone. After more than half a dozen calls I still cannot make an appointment without being put on terminal hold.Train your staff or hire more people. There is no reason why making an appointment should be an unpleasant experience.

This place is really strange. Everyone in the front of house is aggressive and pushy. Theyll help you with what you need but nothing extra. I used to think the saving grace was the doctor but he ended up getting the prescription wrong and when called the person on the phone was very confrontational and aggressive.

I was able to make an appointment on very short notice and did not wait more than 5 minutes before the doctor was ready to see me. Dr. Patel was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff behind the counter could be more attentive to customers waiting to ask questions but the doctors are all professional.

Dr Friedman is wonderful and knowledgeable, however the receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and lazy. They seem like they are bothered to assist with an unfriendly attitude. I feel like Im walking on eggshells every time I call and ask for help. Poor customer service!

I took my daughter there for an eye exam today and it was quick... no wait time. The doctor was professional and great with my 8y.o. (who is nervous about seeing any doctor). The selections for glasses were alright. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

I like Dr Friedman. But I hate that I come here but its really close to my apartment. Service is horrible. While I wait to see the doctor Im always stuck listening to the receptionists gossip and drama. Ive been coming here for 7 years and it never changes.
