I am a new patient and I have never seen doctor. I waited for 3 months and week before my appointment they called me and said, doctor is not accepting new patients, however she can accept me if I sign up for a new program called "Personal Care Program " that costs $1650 annually. Are you kidding me? Awful customer service on phone and office.
