This company was picked up by my Insurance Provider Though a "BroadCast" System. The Broad Cast system sends out requests for HHA provider to find companies with enough staffing to cover a split shift 7 days a week. This company NEVER called to introduce themselves, or say who they would be sending to my home. 1st Night a Male aid arrived for a 7 pm to 7 am shift at 8pm. By 10 pm he was yawing and looking to sleep all night. He was inappropriately on many occasions staring at my breast and learing at me. He made me very uncomfortable. He slept all night and refused to watch tv or read a book to stay awake. He spoke very little English and Understood even less. I had to wake him up several times to tell him to walk my dad to the bathroom. (My dad is a severe fall risk) The 2nd Night This aid Fell asleep with the Kitchen gate open. Dad got up for the bathroom and his wheel chair was blocking his walker. He almost fell trying to get his walker.. Still the aid is sleeping. Dad walked himself to the bathroom and then went int the kitchen..Un escorted.. Dad is a diabethic and often eat inappropriate things.. and can leave the stove on..Thank goodness my home didnt burn down because the person paid to take care of him was sleeping. The Saga continues.. How dare they send a person who worked earlier that day traveled through several brought to arrive at my house to do a 12 Hour shift... and hes eyes were heavy upon arrival. I complained to the on call person and they were like. HEs there. He says he can stay awake.. This person was so tired. He fell asleep. (Sound!! I was clapping in his face and he didnt wake up.) . He kept noding off. Even though I had a Video Camera on him! Then he pull the rails up on my dads bed, Up dads walker up against the bed..and further blocked the walker by the wheel chair. This situation screamed of DANGER. The aid would have fallen asleep again.. my dad would have climbed over the railing and equipment. God knows if the aid would have woke up.

This is horrible ...my mother is going through such a tough time trying to get paid for weeks she already worked...its been over one month and she cannot get paid for one holiday week and she worked 7days for that week...Now im her daughter and believe me im going to find a way to report this company because the last time we wrote a review someone called her and she was afraid they would fire her for stating what they do to their employers ..Now im writing a review because my mother works 7days of the week she has responsibilities...bills,rent ect... and their always messing up her pay and i have bank statements to prove so since she has a direct deposit set up and when I find a way to report this believe me i wont leave out a detail because she faxed that time sheet for that particular week twice and called them eighteen (18) times in regards to this issue and someone would pick the phone up and hang it right back up ...she also left a few messages! I need to understand why is employers from this company being ignored when it comes to them getting paid! My mother is getting very frustrated at trying to get her money that she worked her ass off for and im definitely not happy about this at all...And i promise i will figure it out who to report this to and if i cant ill just have my mother call Labor Department and i want to see how they fire her then for me helping her speak up about her not getting paid!!!

Horrible agency. Impossible to get coordinators on the phone. Aides are completely incompetent and grossly undertrained. How bad is your training if you dont even know which side of a diaper goes in front?! Aides were often late, twice we had 2 aides show up, today we had no aide show up. Every day I ended up doing almost ALL of my Grandmothers care (bathing, feeding, diapering, etc) while the aide just stood there staring at me like an idiot. Most of their aides dont speak or read enough English to communicate, but when you try to explain the plan of care, they say "ok, ok, ok", but theyre not listening. They make the same dumb mistakes over and over, no matter how many times you show them what you need. I shouldnt have to explain to a "trained professional" how to position a bedridden patient to avoid bedsores. They are supposed to know simple things like that. I even called this agency before starting services with them to discuss my Grandmothers condition with them and make sure they had aides who would be a good fit. They will say anything to get your business, but they do NOT deliver. If youre in the market for hhas, pass this one up and KEEP LOOKING!

This is the most irresponsible agency out there. I have tried endlessly to speak to management and nothing. Theyll tell you the Aide is 15 minutes away and shell get there at 11 a.m. If you are looking for a team of coordinators, this is not for you, since they do not know how to coordinate. They are rude, uneducated, abusive, lie and definitely not qualified to handle the quality care your love ones need or excessive work load. There aides are not reliable, will steal from your sick family member and will not care about them. They will spend endless hours on their cellphones. If you are to address this, they will leave. I have been with this agency, since it first opened and the change is from night to day. If you have a 24 hour case, your aide is only getting paid for 13 hours, this is how this agency works.. So for all these people that post anything positive, its all a lie or employees that are asked to post how they love there job when in all reality, not even they are happy there. This agency is not professional, they are embarrassing, my stepfather has been receiving services for several months and the person who sent only goes for several hours he only has to go to the doctor for routine visits, the lady does not have professional ethics call the coordinator for To send to another, and the inept of the alleged coordinator called the lady and put him speak with my stepfather to tell him that he wants her, this agency is a circus of manipulation and ignorant there is no signature to communicate With the supervisor or with the general manager. This agency does not respect. And Im not interested in being answered since Im tired of calling many times, We dont have any obligation to keep someone in our house which is the part that this agency dont understand? As a family and as a patient we have a right to choose or decide whether or not,... we are looking forward to seeing another agency, no more drama!

this is the most unprofessional ghetto agency I ever worked for. the coordinators all stick together in their own clicks as if they are in high school .when you hold them to their lies ,they hide like little kids be hind their cubicles and not answer their phones. They check their messages and dont call you back and then try to act like they never made a mistake and put the blame on you, when they know they are to blame all because they dont want to answer their phone. they dont do anything all day except walk back and forth talking about their personal lives when they should be working. They dont even have the decency to give you a phone call or nothing. If you need help in getting your money from them call the dept. of labor on them . cause these agencies need to be held responsible for their actions . That is what I had to do to get my money from them. This is a very bad agency to work for. Dont do it.
