They take care of people in the city so they have to have a city attitude. They do care for you though as I came in at the wrong time for my appointment which was a fault of my own. They tried to help me by scheduling at another office but they ended up helping me there at the end. That was flexibility. They explain things to me so I am informed of whats going to happen. I felt taken cared of and will go here for my eye exams in the future. Remember to ask questions since knowledge is power.

I love this place. Its easy to get in and out quickly, and to make an appt, and everyone is super nice. I also love that Id complained for years about my contacts being itchy and uncomfortable with no success. Every other eye doc just gave me a different brand of contacts. These guys, however, flipped my lid up and noticed I was allergic to my contacts! And perscribed me antihistamines drops and told me it was dailies or bust, which has done wonders for me eyes. I highly recommend.

The receptionist is relatively nice and the man who fits the glasses is wonderful at his job. The people in the back have always been quite rude and dismissive. I would not recommend going to this place unless you want to feel poor and unimportant. They did not seem to care that they had given me incorrect information about my insurance policy and I left without a new pair of glasses. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

NEVER Recommend this office to anyone! The worst, unprofessional staff and irresponsible Dr. I have ever experienced. My pair of glasses toke two months to be ready, the office closed two weeks for doctors vacation and personal leave. After Serval calls to see what happened to my glasses, they told me its broken in the lab due to lab carelessness. Now I have to wait another month for it. What a waste of money and time.

These guys did a great job making sure I was satisfied AND had the right glasses for me. It took a bit of time but thats what it takes to get it right. You want fast go to McDonalds.
