This service happened in 2011 and was accidentally placed on a nearby location. AVOID THIS BUSINESS: I live locally and tend to give reviews to all businesses I visit (Good and bad!). Since this optometrist was so convenient I thought Id give them a shot. I arrive for my 5pm visit 10 minutes early and have to fill out typical paperwork. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The person who takes the pictures of your eyes greeted me quickly and did their thing then led me to a secondary waiting room. Dr Ali (lady) came after 10 minutes which isnt anything unreasonable. She seemed friendly and did a decent job checking my eyes and adding drops. When she was done, she dilated my eyes and sent me out to take with the gentlemen to order lenses. Its 5:20pm) At first he seemed more bothered than friendly but warmed up and was a reasonable fellow. I noticed he had been looking something up on google not sure what. He cleaned up my glasses, tightened the frame and replaced my eye pads. Not a bad service! This took about 15 minutes and he led me back to the main waiting area. Its now 5:35. Heres where my main problem with this place occurs. As I wait a kid keeps running around playing with mirrors, yelling and such. Turns out it was one of the glass repair peoples son. Not a biggie but it was getting a bit much when he started yelling about his dinosaur and his parents were ignoring him. So... I wait... and wait... and wait... and wait. I wasnt until 6:15, almost a full hour after I saw the doctor and 45 minutes after the lens guy ordered my lenses sat me down did I get up and go to the front desk and ask to be checked out did Dr Ali show back up. They had to go back and get my chart. She came with the person and went "Mr Stinner we can finish you up". Im quite pissed off at this point as no one has come and told me why there is a wait or have any valid reason for it. In fact when I state "Youve had over an hour to finish me up. Im going to check out" she starts to argue with me. No apologies, no reasons... just "we have other customers". Lets be clear... I expect quality services for my money. My expectations are that you see me in a reasonable fashion, in a reasonable time frame, or at the very least let me know if there is a problem. I saw a lot of disorganization, and problems with this business least of all the wait time. I paid and left. Im not happy with my experience and should you choose to go here do NOT use Dr Ali. Find someone with better time management skills.

Ive been going here a couple years and my experiences have been varried. Doctors are fine, admin staff is honery and when i got my glasses they had fit up problems in the frame so i had to come back twice. Latest issue was defective contacta they prescribed but i purchased at walmart. Warmart wouldnt take them back so i approached eyecare center with a proposal to give me replacement trial lenses and they refused because it was past 90 days. I was told some contacts are just defective and theyd be happy to schedule me a new appointment... no thanks eyecare center. Ill be taking the business for my family and i elsewhere.

Ive been going here for years and had nothing but exemplary service from the providers and the opticians here. So lets say Im kinda surprised by the negative reviews. All of my experiences with the staff and the business have been positive. Its a fact of life that any business can provide a less-than-optimal customer experience, but that doesnt mean they always deserve to be slammed online for it. If service is consistently poor, then you might have a point. But I just dont see the point about whining about a single experience of poor service. Stuff happens, folks.

I disliked the way I was treated by Josh; he made me feel unwelcomed. Also, the people at the service desk were not friendly! They didn’t even greet me as I walked up. On the top of that, they have the nerve to have the confederate flag blown up and draped the door in the back. The only reason why I went is because of a reference, and I will say they will not have to worry about me coming back.

Ive been coming here for 10 years - never has an issue and like the place very much. Ive probably had 15 or 20 appointments and order items all the time. There are several doctors so you can work with someone who you prefer.
