We have taken our son with Down Syndrome here and the doctors are great, but we were billed $400 for a normal check up appointment. Two doctors spent about 3 minutes performing the check up and no formal tests were performed, just a visual inspection of his eyes and asking me some brief questions. $400 is a lot for what was done. I tried to call and speak with the billing specialist and was told, they have a single flat charge for each appointment, regardless of the amount of work or time needed and that it is controlled by Duke. $400 for about 5 minutes is just not right.

Our daughter complained of some itching in the eye, so we took her in a few weeks ago. They have a new doctor on staff, who prescribed some eye drops. Unfortunately the prescription never reached the pharmacy. We called back, but still havent been able to get the office to send a correct prescription to the pharmacy. This includes me and my wife making multiple calls to the office, being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. There is a large wait time even for eye check ups.

Have been going to this clinic for 2 years and the care is only average. The wait times exceed 2 hours to see doctor, sometimes 3 Enough!!! They need to get their act together! Maybe the geriatric patient can was 3 hours for a routine examl, but if you work or are a mom FORGET IT! Go somewhere else. The doctors are just ok and the facility is antiquated out of the early 90s.

I hear great things about this doctor, unfortunately dealing with the reservation staff (Christine, Kim,...) is possibly the worst experience in the world. AVOID this place. Pure and utter arrogant poison. Note to doctor: Fire the witches and hire people of at least a little character.

If I could give a zero i would my daughter got a mri doctor promised to call next day never did i called next day she was to busy to call back then called the next week left 3 vioce mails same thing the next week after now a month and half out still no call back this place is horrible

Dr. Anita Prakash Vin-Parikh did a laser procedure for me to prevent the possibility of glaucoma. She explained the procedure and alleviated any fears I had regarding the procedure. Everything went great!
