All around great experience here every time Ive visited. Super selection of eyeglasses at this Lenscrafters and quick, friendly, professional assistance in the store AND in the Eye Center. Angela was AMAZING in helping me find the perfect glasses AND get them measured, etc. at Lenscrafters, Donisha, in The Eye Center was wonderful guiding me through the tests and exams during the first part of my exam, and Dr. Patel did a very thorough exam, explaining everything along the way and offering great advice for steps to take for maximum great eye health.

I have visited The Eye Center at Southpoint Shopping Mall in Durham, NC for several years. My experience has been out of this world. Personnel is very professional, smily, cheerful and truly listens to you and your concerns. The doctors are extremelly knowledgeable, professional and personable. I recommend this Eye Center to all my friends, acquaintances and the Community in general they are a great asset to this area. And much more... guess what they take you as a walk in and are availble on weekends!!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Besharat for many years. I wouldnt dream of seeing anyone else for something as important as my eyesight. Shes very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. You wont find anyone more committed to the health of your eyes than her. Also, the office has all of the latest technology, allowing Dr. Besharat not only to find the right prescription for you quickly and efficiently, but also to keep a very close watch on the health of your eyes. Highly recommended!

I arrived a few minutes early, then waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and was still not even back to see the optician who does the initial screening. I scheduled my appointment during my lunch hour, so I wasnt able to wait longer. I asked the receptionist for my insurance card back to leave - was never offered any explanation or apologies. Very poor customer service. The staff could care less. Would never consider using Lens Crafters again.

All around WONDERFUL experience! My check-in was quick and easy and Donesha who led me through the preliminary exam tests was professional, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable as was Dr. Patel who explained my exam results, made great recommendations about future eye care strategies, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Top Notch Facility and staff!
