Dont go here ever. I needed a new GP. After the initial exam everything was fine, and then my mother received a bill in her name for me. I called and got that corrected, come to find out there was an issue with the insurance company which needed to be straightened out. I got it fixed and then received another bill this time addressed correctly. Total time on the phone with customer service is probably about 3 hours. Number of messages left asking them to return my call 7. I never received any phone call back, and received terrible service. Due to an anxiety disorder I will still defer to my mother to help straighten out situation which I havent gone through if its to the point Im hysterical. The rep on the line asked me this, "Is it okay if I speak to your mommy about your billing and insurance?" In a tone that was extremely rude. At this point Im looking for a new place to go because Im not going back there again. I can deal with incompetence but I will NOT deal with rude.

Great doctors, nurses are ok, but staff never answers the phone. Their phone number is basically useless.Anything such as being late for appointments, having insurance issues, prescriptions, form requests, etc. can all be easily handled by one phone call answered. You wont get that here.

Im glad I switched doctors office to Hertel Elmwood Internal Medicine.... They are very professional, caring and understanding of personal needs. I highly recommend Hertel Ellwood Internal Medicine to any one looking for a new clinic.
