This was my first time going to a urgent care clinic and I can honestly say that I will never step foot into a hospital ER ever again. First thing I want to point out is how long I had to wait to see a doctor, 15 MINUTES!! Long gone are the days of wasting 6 hours at the hospital. (if youre lucky) The front desk was friendly and helpful with all the paper work I needed to fill out. The process was quick and painless. The physician assistants also did a great job getting me settled. Doctors Mack and Hadpawat were a pleasure to deal with. On my first visit, Dr. Mack made me feel at ease and explained what needed to be done both professionally and personally. On my follow up visit I met with Dr. Hadpawat. She patiently answered my random health questions even the ones Ive been saving for years. Overall I had a very great experience.

Just left the place. I was there for about a half hour and got seen within 5 minutes of submitting my paperwork. Its a very large center, much larger than I expected. Its nice and clean too. There was only one other patient there when I arrived and the staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor made sure to answer any questions and put me at ease about my rope burn. She told me what to watch out for and how the healing will progress. The staff also tells you exactly what to do next at every step, which is nice because sometimes I dont know if I have to see the front desk to check out, if Im going to be filling out more paperwork, etc. Its definitely my first choice for any minor emergency now.

We went here last week and the front office staff(Tricia and Quinnale) were very friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome and this place is better than most doctors offices. One of the ladies was sweet to my children, while the other lady courteously answered my healthcare questions. The Phsyicians Assistant was also courteous and professional with my eleven year old son, who had a sore throat. Dr. Khan, the attending physician was knowledgeable; courteous to me, and most importantly kind to my son. She prescribed the proper medication and all is well. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff of CityMD!

Very professional place. I use them when I need to be seen quick. There is hardly much of a wait here. If you do not need extremely personalized service, this is the place for you. Way better than going to the emergency room. They except most major insurances.
