While reviewing Physical Therapy centers in my area I joined Access Physical therapy and Wellness in Chester N Y. The therapist at Access were very professional,caring,and attentive to my physical therapy needs.Therapist Jessica Bach-OsShea worked extensively thru my Rehabilitation needs and goals.The therapy was intense and very challenging at times however the results were very impressive.Jessicas work ethic.knowledge,and application techniques restored beyond expectation my strength,core strength and agility improved dramatically.The center while on the small side it was extremely clean and sanitary,at the same time provided a home town feel with a very social. yet professional atmosphere.Customer Service Rep and Insurance coordinator Nancy McGarty provided a smooth coordination with insurance company and scheduling issues.Thank You Joe.

This has to be the best physical therapy spot I have ever been too. The staff is extremely nice, helpful and very flexible. My therapists name is Brian and he is not only brilliant but very sweet, funny and empathetic. He has already fixed my rotated hip joint when everyone else I went to could not and now I am about to embark on a long journey with him to recover from a torn meniscus and ACL. I couldnt imagine having a better professional on my side.

I was at Access Physical Therapy 3 years ago to rehab my hip following replacement surgery. I found Tracy and her staff to be knowledgeable, caring, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. When I underwent knee replacement surgery a month ago, there was not even a second thought given as to where I would go for rehab. Im back again, and am still as pleased as I was 3 years ago!

Ive heard all kinds of horror stories about Physcial therapy, well for myself I enjoy the one on one care from my therapist MELISSA, I feel very relaxed and helped if anything is wrong with my sessions she corrects it right there.Im trying to get back to the real me and shes helping me with my journey I Would Highly recommend Access Physcial Therapy to any of my friends or family.

Coming into this process I wanted a Physical Therapist who was going to fix me, not hold my hand. I wanted to be BETTER over everything else! If you want a Physical Therapist who is truly going to make you better, Brian is your man! It may not be easy, but you are going to get RESULTS! Brian and the rest of the staff at Access Chester Physical Therapy do an excellent job!

Making an appointment is a complete nightmare. Receptionist schedule appointments and they disappear. Getting the time right for you is not an option. Cancelled an appointment, left message on voicemail received charges for the cancelled appointments. Would have liked to continue , to much of a hassle to deal with, stoped going.

I dont know what I would have done without the targeted OT I received at Access after breaking my hand. The staff is courteous, mindful and really listened to what I needed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone to their care!
