Nurse was one of the most rude people I have ever interacted with. Didnt greet us, didnt tell us what she was doing with our dog, continuously slammed the door in and out of the room without saying a word to us, roughly grabbed our dog by her coat to "hold her in place," and attempted to "scold" my boyfriend and I as puppy parents (in regard to the blatant accident we were there for). She was also super vague about the issue and I had to ask multiple questions to get an ACTUAL clear understanding about what could have happened to my puppy and what to do. Last but not least, we saw the doctor for 10 whole seconds when he came into the room sweating, without his lab coat on, just to throw something out (there was no interaction besides him looking and nodding at us). It was literally the most uncomfortable medical experience I have ever had. If I was a person with no patience/self-control or understanding of human nature (that woman was CLEARLY not happy), then I probably would have pounced on her. Save yourself the trouble and dont go here.

This place will never get the recognition it deserves because of their Vet Tech.I took my dog there a few months ago and didnt like the way the vet tech handled my dog.She lacked experience and common courtesy.She held instruments incorrectly and was rough with my dog.She was also rude and kinda mad at what I dont know,completely unprofessional and needs to be monitor and watched by veterinarian.Im not sure if shes certified or just there by who she knows.I wouldnt recommend this place solely because of her to anyone who cares about their pet.The prices she gave me for blood work were very high almost double of what other veterinarians charge in the area.They will continue to lose customers because of her rudeness and lack of courtesy and experience.

Dr. Lane is the most caring and Compassionate Vet I have ever met. His professional and expertise in dogs was the reason he is our Vet for over 15 years. He took care of our dogs as if they were his own. He always follows up after sick visits and he truely cares. I feel that many Vets stop working when their day is over. Dr. Lane went over and beyond, he called us when the tests came in, he emailed us when I was concerned my dog wasnt eating, he gave us tips on best way to feed our dog when he was sick, etc... My family and my dogs appreciate everything he has done for our Fur Babies!

The Vet tech was the nastiest person to myself and my dog. She was rough with him. Rude to me and my daughter. She was unprofessional and rude. Their prices are hight! My dog didnt even want to be there. My dog was mis-diagnosed and we had to put him to sleep two months after our visit. I left in tears and would never go back again! If you would like to take your animal to a place that has a kind staff and professional Vets, then I highly recommend Orange County Veterinary Hospital on Rt 17M in Goshen, NY.
