The worst experience I ever had at a health care center. 11/5/16 at 9am i saw the nurse practioner, I can not tell you her name since she never introduced herself, but yet treated me like garbage. I havent been feeling well, I felt I had a sinus infection and bronchitis, she wanted to wean me for the flu, strep, she then had the audacity to suggest an EKG because I was probably having a heart attack. This reasoning came from me saying my chest congestion was tight. This was all said in front my my nine year old daughter. I refused the EKG and that is when it goes from bad to ugly. She asks me very rudely what antibiotics I want. I told her I wasnt sure as I am not a doctor. She finally listens to my lungs and suggests a X-ray after stating that I am rude and argumentative. She asks me to urinate in a cup, she leaves the broken sealed cup on counter and walks out. I wait 10 minutes and the rude nurse comes in and asks why I havent gone yet. I show her the broken seal and omg ask where the bathtoom is. When I finally go to get the chest X-ray the girl doing the X-ray was a sweetheart and I broke down crying about how horrible they were treating me. The nurse comes to the door to see if she was ok alone with me. She said she was fine and closed the door. She apologized for the behavior that was going on. Once that was done, yes not over yet. I go back to the exam room where my daughter was alone and and the nurse practioner came back and very softly states that I have pneumonia. I then try to explain how upset I was with the whole expierence and she starts arguing with me about antibiotics and then says forget it and gets up and walks out of the room. The argument was that she was asking me what antibiotics I wanted and I told her I didnt know as I was not a doctor. I will never go back there ever!!!!! excel urgent care is where I will go if I need one again. I have never felt like garbage before but they really nailed it.

My husband and I went into this facility one morning because overnight he had become so weak that he could barely stand up to stumble around. The front desk took our information and within minutes we saw a doctor or doctors assistant. They took my husbands vitals and immediately put him on fluids and called an ambulance. At the Hospital emergency room we discovered he had anaplasmosis, which could have been deadly because it had progressed so far without any outward symptoms. Had it not been for the quick and efficient work of this clinic my husband very likely would be dead now. We were in the emergency room for three hours before they were pretty sure he would live. I thank the wonderful people at Immediate Medical Care in Chester for their caring, professional attitude which helped save my husbands life.

I was there, as after I suffered s car accident... I saw Dr mantica and his nurse practitioner., long story short they were both unprofessional and did not hide the fact that they they dont care. I brought in some paper work for short term disability... That was even a hard task. They both acted like it was not there job to fill out my paper work.. Needless to say I asked to see see another Dr. Way better Dr...

As a first time using an urgent care, I was very pleased. Friendly staff and the PA that took care of my daughter was very caring and sweet to her:) Will definitely be my go to when her pediatrician isnt open
