I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the new MedExpress located in Howell, NJ. Not only is the front desk staff wonderful and cheerful, everything was done so quickly as they saw my daughter was not feeling well and was scared. However, I felt that I had to write a review and make it public of how truly amazing the nurse at MedExpress named Danielle was that took care of my daughter. My daughter gets very nervous when going to the doctors and tends to not listen well due to her anxiety. She did not even want to leave the waiting area. Every trip to the pediatrician for us is NEVER easy! Danielle had made my daughter feel so calm, happy, safe and made her laugh the entire time. She even sang disney songs with her! Once my daughter left the facility the first thing she said was "Mommy the nurse was so nice to me and so much fun! She knew all the disney songs! She let me pick 4 stickers! Can we go and visit her?!" I have never been so humbled, grateful, safe, well cared for, and beyond happy with my experience at your facility. You are the prime example of the quote "Nurses may not be angels, but they are the next best thing". Thank you and thank you for that beautiful smile. That alone can make someone not feeling well feel better! The male doctor that also saw my daughter was exceptional as well! He kept telling my daughter jokes and she could not stop laughing. You can just tell that they genuinely care and to me that says everything. Thank you MedExpress for making this a truly wonderful and stress free experience. You are all absolutely wonderful and I will forever recommend patients to your facility!

Horrible : Dont waste time or money here. Desk staff and nurses were extremly friendly, and seemed genuine. But, the bottom line: Doctor was terrible. Very unprofessional and unwilling to listen to said patients concerns. Went in with a respiratory illness and two ear infections. Doctor refused to acknowledge my reasoning for being there. First, the doctor tells me I have swimmers ear! Its the middle of winter, and I am not swimming! Then, the doctor tells me just to take Benadryl for my respitory and ears issues and refused to prescribe any antibiotics or treat my symptoms. After finally convincing doctor to prescribe antibiotics, the doctor issued one that is not meant to treat any of the symptoms I came in for! At 44 years old, I know what I am suffering from, especially one that I typically suffer from this time of year. I am also familiar over all that time, what meds work well with my system. **Turns out, I have / had walking pneumonia, and ear infections, after seeing a primary care doctor, for a 2nd opinion. Which I suspected when I came to MedExpress. $150 (and who knows what other amount they will charge) for a MedExpress doctor, to be diagnosed with seasonal allergies and tell me to take Benadryl. Save your money, and your time, go seek professional medical attention elsewhere. ***Update*** Other than the cut, copy and paste response from owner below, MedExpress made no attempt to reach out to me personally regarding my issues. However, after said review was posted, a staff member called 4 days later to see how I was feeling on my voicemail. My opinion, the owner ignored the complaint.

My daughters went to get a TD vaccine and they would not take our insurance. They charged them $65 each . When they got home I called Horizon BCBS and they said they were in the network and should have taken it. one week later we got another bill for $10 each . As their father I was angry that they paid $65 then got another bill for $10 when I went in to find out why, they would not give me any information on why the charges even though I have power of Attorney on them both. I would not go back to them again they are very unprofessional I got a responce from the "owner" and was told to contact an email and some one would get back to me. I did that several days ago and no one has been in touch with me, like I said very unprofessional!!

I had a great experience. The facility is brand new, modern and very clean. The front office staff was great. I went in for a minor infection from a bee sting, that was starting to spread. The nursing staff was thorough, caring and attentive. Dr. Roman was friendly and engaging. He took the time to have a conversation with me, and even shared stories about his childhood when he had a similar experience. He quickly diagnosed the situation and prescribed the right medications that healed the infection. Its so nice to deal with people who actually smile and make eye contact when speaking with you. Should the need arise, I would definitely go back, and recommend them to friends and family.

I will never visit another place again! First of all, the facility is gorgeous and sanitary. It was years above Wall Family Medical, where I had been a patient for years and always left unhappy with the service. Med Express was exactly how it should be, quick, satisfactory, and convenient. I was seen within 20 minutes, the doctor actually spoke with me thoroughly and provided me with literature based on my condition. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable from the get go. I even received a handwriten thank you in the mail from their Center Manager, Branden Roberts. Highly recommended for a quick headache free doctor visit!

If I could rate lower than a one I would. My son was misdiagnosed twice in about 4 weeks. And now he was in the ER with a fever of 105.4 and scarlet fever. So not only is my son extremely sick but I was charged $50.00 in copays and another $260.00 for bills. We saw two different doctors and both looked in his throat (the second doctor I had to request for him to look). How can the ER doctor and Pediatrician both look in his throat and know right away how bad it was but neither doctor here could see that. I am beyond annoyed and upset. And I will be doing my best to spread the word on how awful this place is.

Wound up with a severe infection due to this clinic not taking proper time examine and diagnose. They did not want to prescribe an antibiotic. After two visits the them ($150) I went to an ENT specialist ($50) because they diagnosed it a blocked sinus . ENT thank God knew what he was doing and diagnosed an infection that moved into my tooth. Im happy it did not abscess but the pain was horrible. Never going there again. Condescending, barely examined me and then mis-diagnosed by two doctors in the office.

I have 2 cochlear implants, the doctor asked me why do I have hearing aids? If you have a medical degree you should know why a person has hearing aids/ cochlear implants. I asked for a doctors note for work, I got asked why Im not going back to work and that I should go back to work, I felt the doctor was rude. She rolled her eyes and told me to go wait outside. Front desk and nurse were super nice. Will never come back here.

Dont bother. Worthless facility. The nurses and staff are VERY nice and caring...but the Dr that saw me for a broken bone. HORRIBLE. NO COMPASSION FOR HOW THE PATIENT FEELS. I dont have a co-pay and Im still in pain and aggravated.. so if u have a co-pay...dont bother wasting your $$ for something a blind chimp could figure out
