Dr. David Pollack is without hesitation one of the best medical doctors I have ever seen. His demeanor and bedside manner are calm, confident, positive, attentive and thorough. He is an excellent doctor who has a very well run business. The staff in his office are friendly, outgoing, welcoming and knowledgeable. Keri Ann & Alyssa go out of their way to warmly welcome each client into the office. Dr. Pollack runs an incredibly effective practice. During the initial consultation he outlines all of his office procedures and insurance policies. Those same procedures and policies are provided to each client in writing. Additionally, the office staff communicate said policies and procedures to all clients before they leave the office. It is impossible for a client not to know all of the policies in this office because there is such a high level of communication in the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Pollacks Wellness Institute for over a year. My medical case is incredibly unique and complicated. I suffer from a traumatic brain injury, a spinal cord injury and neuropathy. My biggest struggle is chronic pain primarily the result of a titanium plate that covers the back of my skull and constantly pulsates with heat and pain. The plate is the result of a broken neck, which was literally rebuilt with hardware. I suffer from neurological losses one of which is a “drop foot”. During my first visit with Dr. Pollack he spent a great deal of time learning about my complicated medical history. His physical evaluation was incredibly thorough. Over the past year he has been conscientious and persistent in his personalized approach toward alleviating my pain. As part of my initial evaluation he introduced me to enzyme replacement nutrition to help optimize my digestion as well as address the inflammation in my body. He also provided me with nutritional counseling. This year he has used a combination of soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion, laser treatment, percussion, muscle and nerve manipulation, myofascial release, ionic detoxification footbaths, and chiropractic adjustments to help alleviate my pain. He is empathetic and truly makes me feel like I am the only patient in his office. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Dr.Pollack. He is a gifted and talented doctor and it is obvious that he loves what he does.

I visited Dr. Pollack back in July of 2015. I wasnt going to write a review, even though I wanted to but I figured I just wont go back and it would satisfy me. Until today..... I just learned from my insurance company that, not only did Dr. Pollack charge me $1700 for 4 (four) visits,(of which one was the consultation) but he also charged my insurance company $1,575.00 of which he was paid $375 more. The services that he provided for me are as follows: A choice of a foot bath or infrared Sauna for about 15 minutes, followed by a chiropractic visit. Which consisted of the usual cracking, and adjustment. He also provided supplements that lasted only 2 weeks, and then you need to buy more and they were around $200 for a month supply. Of course he wanted me to come back for more visits, but his prices were crazy. Since then, I have been to a wonderful Chiropractor, and also a nutritionist that has lead me down the right path without breaking the bank! Be aware of this Dr., he is out for LOTS of money. Not worth the service that he provides. There are plenty of Dr.s out there that care about you, and places that provide foot baths and saunas for a fraction of the price. His staff was very friendly and polite, and I enjoyed speaking to them when I had my appointments.

I visited Dr. Pollack for specific pain in my back and shoulder. I had thrown out my back by carrying out a broken dishwasher by myself and it was excruciating. After his treatment and adjustment I was feeling a touch better, but the amazing thing was the next morning ... i could barely perceive any trouble in my back and shoulder which had been plaguing me. The staff was kind and understanding and I was in and out fairly quickly. My only out of pocket was my co-pay. Im going to look into some of his programs for nutrition soon as well.
