The doctors are nice, knowledgeable, and highly regarded; they use tablets for check-in, and waits are minimal. The office is very nice, and there was adequate parking on a Monday AM. All in all, you will get good care here. **However**, you cannot fill prescriptions at your pharmacy of choice, unless they deem it an emergency; instead, they have an exclusive relationship with a pharmacy (30 miles away) that ships them to your home. They would not even print me a paper script despite my objections. They are getting 5 stars because, frankly, they are a great dermatologist office; decide for yourself if you care about the pharmacy. EDIT: knocking a star off because my experience with their pharmacy was terrible, and another star because they forced me to use these people. The nurse said I would have my mail order medicine in one, two days tops. It has been 5 days and I have spent over an hour in total on the phone, having excellent insurance and a simple, single, covered prescription. Im still not getting it for another three days because "its the weekend". Say what you want about CVS, but my dermatological issue would have been fixed by now if I had used them.

This office has employed the worst people in Commack. Dr Kim is a stuck up snob along with the rest of the front desk. The girl who took out my stitches was extremely rough and unsympathetic. You would think they would give you a few bandages after taking out 10 poorly placed stitches by "Dr Kim." Horrible job when two weeks later my skin has overlapped becasue the stitches were improperly placed. During this follow up visit, no one even bothered to read my profile, instead this little girl asked me what they can do for me today like its my first time. Um, you put 10 stitches in me two weeks ago. Did you not document that? Ive been to plenty of medical offices and this dermatologist office is purely a pathetic excuse for medical care. Just an update over a week later- the girl who took out my stitches rubbed mastisol all over the area of care and beyond that. I had an allergic reaction that has caused me much pain. She did not need to rub where it is not needed. Poor judgment and simply stupid. If you need skin care, I beg you find another office.

Ive been getting body checks for the last few years and always feel comfortable, I had a scare a couple months ago and they accomodated me last minute in the Manhattan office. Dr Gratch was FABULOUS. Completely calmed my freak out. Most recently my son had to see Dr. Gratch for some warts. He was so relaxed about it and easy going that he kept Noah from being too freaked out.... He made it an easier time than someone who may have shown more misplaced sympathy would have.

I saw Dr. Rietkerk for a cosmetic skin concern and found him very knowledgable. He was able to explain the condition in detail and provide several alternatives to correct it. In addition, the staff was very friendly and efficient, expediting my paperwork allowing me to be seen quickly. I will certainly be following up at this office for my annual skin exams.

I appreciate Dr Gratch"s demeanor with my teenaged daughter. He always goes with the most sensible treatment and never rushes you out the door. He knows what pharmaceutical products are about to be released, supplies you with all pros and cons of the meds. We have total faith in him!!!

Dr. Gratch is great! Kind and knowledgeable. Able to squeeze me in when making last minute appointments, and most importantly when I make an appointment with him I see him, not an intern or the next available physician. Also, the office looks newly renovated which is a plus!

It was a great experience because she answered all my questions and did help me clear my face with a cream she prescribed. She cured my dandruff too with a oil she prescribed. Im so happy with her treatment and happy that her medication cleared my face. Thank you Dr. KIM.

I am a patient in the Hampton Bays office. The staff is always pleasant and patient, as well as knowledgeable. My physician is great - she always has time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. Her diagnosis for me was dead-on and treatment is effective.
