I have been a patient for about 6 years.I went in recently for a problem with my foot.I was sent next door to Windsong for an xray.I went home and called a few days later and was told it was arthritis.I was then given the names of 2 orthopedics to see.I made an appointment to see a doctor at ECMC.They told me to get the xray from Lancaster Medical.I wrote LM on my portal and asked that they send the xray to the doctor at ECMC and if that was not possible to please let me know.I never got a call so I assumed everything must be all right.The day of my appointment at ECMC they told me that I would have to have a foot xray.I told them that Lancaster Medical sent it over already.They said they never received it and I would have to have another one.I wrote LM when I got home and requested that they credit me $25 for the second xray at ECMC.They sent me a copy of the report of the xray that they sent with no other explanation.I called them and a rude woman in the office said that they did send a report.I said,I didnt ask for a report,I asked for the xray film to be sent to ECMC.She asked if I wanted to talk to the office manager? I said yes and was transfered to her voice mail where I left a message to please call me.After a week I wrote again and said I was still waiting for my call back.No Responce at all.I wrote again and asked why I was being ignored? A note came to me stating that the office manager was out of town and would return my call when she got back.That was two weeks ago and no call but today I received a registered letter from LM that they would no longer be taking care of me as of the date above due to a doctor/patient relationship.This whole thing had nothing to do with the doctor.Someone screwed up and didnt do as I asked with the xray and now are sticking the bill with me.They are dropping a good honest paying patient just so that they dont have to deal with me.I dont even think Dr Kuehnling is even aware of what the office staff is doing behind his back just so as to protect their own jobs.Great doctor but terrible office staff and customer relations.

I was a patient at this facility for over 6 years and never met the Doctor. The Physicians assistants I saw were all pleasant, but the office staff was incredibly rude and condescending and had zero empathy for any of the patients. Id witnessed a similar situation to mine while waiting in the waiting area in the past, but didnt think much of it...I decided to leave the practice due to the office misrepresenting my health insurance plan and trying to collect a copay that I was not supposed to pay and then on top of that telling me if I did not pay the copay theyd charge me a no show fee more than 2x the copay even though I was standing right in the office early for my appointment. In my opinion this is fraud. The office staff could not explain the reason other than to say it was office policy and refused to let me speak to an office manager. In addition to this, I got a nasty letter in the mail after saying that they were discharging me as a patient. Its hard to believe people who work in a medical facility that deal with the ill day in day out could behave in such an outrageous manner. I highly recommend you stay away from this facility if youd like to be treated with basic human decency.

This place is a NIGHTMARE! Not only have I been misdiagnosed but now my son TWICE. I should have changed my kids a long time ago but this past week was enough. Being told by a PA that because I didnt take my sons temp saying he had one wasnt enough because "you may think he has one but doesnt" He had one when they checked him, although low because I had given him meds before bringing him in they blew us off. Hard to believe the next day his temp was 103 and after taking him elsewhere he was diagnosed with influenza. Even that place could not believe they didnt do a simple nasal swab to test him the day before. Im done with that place. The only thing they care about is $$. Last misdiagnosis was they told me my son had asthma. After arguing I finally got them to send him for a chest x-ray and I was correct telling the PA that he had pneumonia. I wouldnt take my dog there to be treated! Next I will get a phone call yelling at me for switching to a different doctor.

Office staff is poor...extremely poor.....not customer centric. Talks over you and will not let you finish talking. It is their way or the highway. They are not prompt in returning phone calls. I have been waiting to get a call back from them to take back my wife as a patient for over 2.5 weeks....as of today they still have not responded. I like the doctors but seriously considering finding a new practitioner with a better office environment.

Was very satisfied for several years when I finally connected with a caring PA, Allison Kirk. After she left, it was all downhill. Passed from one PA to another, having to repeat my medical history and concerns each time. Saw Dr. Cleary once in 6 years due to having to be released for surgery. No bedside manner. Leaving this practice for another one.

Horrid. I went to this place and because I do not get sick often they dropped me because "I was not seeing them enough" This place is just a joke and a money grab. You NEVER get to see the doctor only Pa and the wait time is also horrid.

Doctors offices are not the same as what they used to be!! never see the actual doctor, just see pas all the time... the office staff have no personality and are quite rude and should take a course on people skills.

Their entire screening/care process is automated until you speak to a PA. Then as a little added bonus, when you go to leave it costs $0.75 per page of medical record to transfer the information to a new place.
