Not even worth one star. Always an issue when going there or calling there. Theyre WAY overpriced, they do more services than I want or need them to when I bring my dog and then they have the nerve to charge me for it. They wont even set up payment plans considering I went there for 5 years. I moved out of state and called them today to get my dogs records. Easy breezy right? NO. I was placed on hold 5 times. I was then told I would have to jump thru hoops in order to get MY dogs records. I explained 6 times that I do not have a fax machine so we need to come up with another option. She kept repeating herself and telling me that I need a fax machine in order to get my dogs records as if a fax machine would magically appear in my lap. She then HUNG up on me. What place of business hangs up on their customer? Poor customer service, prices too high and not willing to work with you at all. All they want is your money money money. Would NEVER recommend and I will also be telling my friends that still go there about this experience. Yous should be ashamed.

The management at Nassau Suffolk Veterinary in Farmingdale is uncaring. Its all about the $. (One of their vets even corroborated this fact and said its not what it used to be here"). My family had been a client with them since adopting our fur baby 6 years ago. Today that relationship has ended. To get into details is counterproductive...I will just say , through this review of their office management CAVEAT EMPTOR -- if I could have given zero stars I would have chosen that option... Happily we have begun a relationship with a new Vet and their management is delightful.

Well I heard of a sad terrible story today. A friend posted on facebook her horrific interaction with you today when she brought in a dog she found, to have her checked for a chip and you decided to keep the dog and not give her back to her. You would rather have the poor dog sleep in a cage and go to a shelter tomorrow than have her spend the night in a nice warm bed in a good persons home until her owners are found. Shame on you! Glad her post reached many many many people. Im disgusted by your decision!

Cant express enough how wonderful this place is. We recently had to put my cat CJ down and they were so kind, caring and really knew how to make the process as easy as possible. During our very difficult time it really meant so much to us and we appreciate it more than we can put into words. We also got the most thoughtful card from them with seeds we planted in memory of CJ. Thanks again, keep up the great work - it doesnt go unnoticed.

Excellent care for both of my dogs here. Our visits never seem rushed. The veterinarians take time to explain all of the health issues and proposed treatments. The staff is consistently friendly, professional and caring. Also, the waiting room environment is clean and pleasant (although we are rarely kept waiting there for very long).

absolutely the best most talented vets on LI. Weve brought our English bulldog to Dr. Haggensen as he specializes in the breed. Theyre also very caring and Dr. Baffa is extremely talented and a sweetheart as well. They also offer shots at half price 2 times a week. Absolutely love this clinic and owe our dogs life to them

I have used this hospital on and off for 40+ years. The off is when I didnt live on LI. The doctors are caring and compassionate. Coast is about average but a great place to bring your fur baby.

My dog sees Dr. Tanaka, very young Vet., she is wonderful. Quick appointments, very friendly staff. I was referred by a co-worker, & I have referred people.
