Made plans with a representative on the phone to place several payments over several pay periods and was told that was ok. The second payment was returned to my bank account and I received a collection notice several days later. You cant check your balance online, you cant even check if a bill has already been paid.

I had a terrible experience getting my blood drawn last week. I was in pain the entire time and then she pulled the needle out really fast and hard. I had pain in my arm for 3 days and it has bruised. The area is 2X3 inches. I get my blood drawn at least twice per year. I will never have her do my blood draw again.
