First off ... everyone is going to have their own opinion regarding their own personal experience. That being said the Biederman brothers have been our family Vets since 1986. Going on 30 years. They have seen us through several unexpected experiences and with out them we truly would have been lost. There have been a few other vets over the years (personally I never liked any of them). I rely on the Biedermans. I have full trust in them. In 30 years they have never led us in the wrong direction regarding our pups. I love the fact that they never attempt to muzzle my babies. Some vets will see a huge dog and immediately feel intimidated (first impulse is to muzzle the pup). As of right now my pups are rescues and range in size 74 lbs, and 86 lbs . Not small dogs at all. I know that I can call them and receive a response as soon as they are available. The receptionist are amazing. They are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I could go on and on about the Biederman brothers. For the record as I said previously they are the only vets that I trust. Dr. Chew is fairly new to us. He has been very helpful with a recent issue concerning my oldest pup. I just hope they do not plan on retiring any time soon. They deserve more than 5 stars **********

The brothers have been our vets since I was 19, and I am 50 now. I am known in my neighborhood as the "naturelady". In these 30 years, I can say their ability to diagnosis correctly,( without doing extra testing to bring up a bill) and give proper treatment is the #1 reason I continue to use them. There was a few times when their office was closed, and I ended up bringing our pets to another vet. That resulted in either poor treatment and a large bill, or in one case great treatment, but incredibly expensive bills. Trust in their ability, compassion, and understanding. The staff runs the office well, never overbooking. If home treatment is needed they are all their to help you pull that off as a team, another bonus that is rare, that can be kinder to your pet as well as your pocketbook. Being brothers, is another bonus most dont think of, larger practices dont always know whats going on, they work hand in hand. The down side of that is they are not open 7 days, and for some major operations you will be referred to hospital. This works for me, as in the long run, when it more then what they can handle, I dont want a local other vet to try to pull it off and fail.

I had read some bad reviews in the past, but the staff changed and the doctor there is amazing!!!! I have been super happy with them and I have lived in many many places and seen a lot of Vets. I can definitely say this doctor was knowledgeable and caring not only about the animals but also about your wallet and not just trying to milk your wallet. I 100% recommend these guys to anyone. I found them because my cat was sick and when I went to 2 others in the area they wouldnt even let you in the door without an appointment even if your pet was dying and I was pretty disgusted but Petcare took me in and saved my cats life.

Last Saturday, Took my dog for general checkup and ro show a bruise near his eye. Dr Jack Biederman saw him and didnt show any concern about the bruise. Turns out it was the result of allergies that the very next day it started to bleed and was bothering his eyes. Dr Biederman took urine sample and told us that he will call us on Tuesday. As of now we havent heard back from him. Some service. Had to take my dog to another vet and pay again. Total waste of almost $300 with Pet Care Animal clinic Flushing. Would not recommend!!!!

Weve been with Petcare since 1991, Dr. Jack and Dr. Mitch are great men and now theres Dr. Ron...all are world class vets with kindness and generosity towards their patients and pet parents. Drs. Jack, Mitch and Ron, Bella and Buddy will always love you all for your wonderful caring ways and so will we. These vets care, Queens, and they are established, experienced community resources for your pets. 10 STARS

I cant say enough about this Clinic. Staff is professional and personable. The Vet I saw was Dr. Ronald Chew. Took his time with me and asked a ton of questions about my cat, his history, diet and habits. Answered all my questions and explained in detail a plan to move forward. He really cared about my experience and my cats health. I could not be happier. Highly recommended! You wont be disappointed!

Dont go to Dr. Li! She is very irresponsible and she says stupid things to me. I took my dog for skin problems and she gave me some antibiotics and shampoo. She told me those meds are different than the meds she gave me last time. BUT ITS THE FIRST TIME I SEE HER! After I gave the pills to my dog, her skin problem get worse and she starts vomiting. Dr.Li told me its because she is healing

wish i could give them 10 stars...we have many many animals and the 2 brothers are wonderful treating all of them..i am a big supporter of no suffering rule" and thank g-d they believe in it tooo..loosing our last saint was a big heartache for the whole family but with help of dr.jack it was easier ...i highly recommend them..

Horrible. They run this place like a business, not a place to take care of your pets. All they want is your money and to charge you with unnecessary treatments and tests. Avoid at all costs

Ive been taking my dogs to the doctors Biederman for nearly 30 years. Theyre amazing. They really care about your pets. I recommend everyone I know with a dog to go to them.
