My review of All Care Animal Clinic is long overdue. In March of 2016, I rescued my kitty Phoenix from neglectful owners who were ready to put her out onto the street because they were moving and couldn’t keep her. In the 8 years they had her; she was never taken to a vet or groomed and since their apartment was filthy, she simply stopped grooming herself. As a first time pet owner, I knew I had to find a trustworthy vet and team to help me get her into my apartment properly vaccinated and groomed. At the time, Dr. Patel and the vet tech team took her in right away and made this possible at a reasonable price. I have since continued to take Phoenix there for various health issues, nail trimmings and boarding. Most recently in December 2016, I noticed some changes with Phoenix’s eating habits and lots of vomiting. I took her in and Dr. Patel confirmed she had an enlarged kidney which required a change in her diet as well some meds to help with the vomiting. I followed his instructions and she stopped vomiting for a couple of weeks. However, after a week of no meds, the vomiting started again and she grew super lethargic and was barely getting out of bed which was out of character for her. I took her in again the see if they could give her a quick fix but fortunately the doctor there that day (Dr. Katherina) suggested I leave her a couple of days in order to provide her with I.V. fluids and meds. While examining her, the doctor felt a mass in her belly and decided to take an x-ray to confirm she was correct. Thanks to the quick thinking of the doctors at All Animal Care Clinic, my Phoenix was able to make it to 2017. They have given Phoenix a new lease on life and for that I will be eternally grateful. Without being pushy, Dr. Behket recommended exploratory surgery to discover what this mass in her belly was. Shockingly, he discovered that her ovaries were never removed during her spay surgery and a large mass was growing on one of her ovaries. This was causing internal bleeding in her abdominal cavity which caused her vomiting, pain, to be in heat most of her life and crazy hormones in her system. It’s been a few days since her surgery and despite being on antibiotics; she has not vomited once and is slowly eating once again. I know this review is pretty long but I felt the need to share my experience which has been a very positive one. I will continue taking Phoenix here as I know the vets who work here will stop at nothing to find the source of her issues and help solve them. I can’t recommend them enough.

TOOK MY 5MONTH OLD TEACUP YORKIE TO THIS CLINIC FOR A SPAYING AND HERNIA OPERATION. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED AT 9 AM, WITH ONE OF 2 DOCTORS THAT WORK THERE. THE HERNIA OPERATION WAS TO BE COVERED UNDER THE ESTABLISHMENT WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR DOG WHICH IS WHY WE WENT THROUGH WITH THE OPERATION. FROM THE FIRST TIME WE WENT TO THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL WE TOOK AN IMMEDIATE DISLIKE TOWARDS THE DOCTOR THAT CARED FOR MY PUPPY THE FIRST 2 VISITS WE MADE. THIS ENCOURAGED US TO MAKE THE OPERATION APPOINTMENT WITH THE OTHER DOCTOR THAT WAS KNOWN TO BE BETTER. THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO STARVE OUR PUPPY FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE IN ORDER TO PREPARE FOR HER OPERATION WAS TOO MUCH WHEN WE WERE FORCED TO WAIT UNTIL 3 PM SO THAT OUR DESIRED CHOICE OF DOCTOR WAS AVAILABLE TO OPERATE. WE SPECIFIED SEVERAL TIMES THAT WE DID NOT WANT OUR ORIGINAL DOCTOR TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PROCEDURE.. HOWEVER AFTER DROPPING MY PUPPY OFF 2 HOURS WE RECIEVED A CALL THAT SHE HAD PASSED AWAY . FURIOUS AND TEARFUL, MY ENTIRE FAMILY RUSHED DOWN TO THE CLINIC SCREAMING AS TO HOW THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE OUR DOG WAS HEALTHY AND THE PROCEDURE WAS ALL STANDARD. THIS MOTHERFUCKIN DOCTOR THAT WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH AND WAITED FOR ENDED UP DOING THE HERNIA OPERATION SUCCESSFULLY AND HANDS OVER THE SPAYING OPERATION TO THE DOCTOR WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO DEAL WITH. AND MY 5 MO. OLD TEACUP YORKIE WHO WAS 1.8 LBS DIES UNDER HIS CARE WHEN WE ASKED HIM NOT TO OPERATE!! THERE WERE NOOO OTHER COMPLICATION AND SHE PASSED UNDER A BASIC PROCEDURE ! BOTH DOCTORS ARE IMBECILES . AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. PLEASE DO NOT GO. WE WILL BE MOARNING FOR QUITE A WHILE , FOR A PUPPY THAT MANAGED TO MAKE US FALL IN LOVE WITH HER IN ONLY A MONTH AND A HALF. RIP SOFIE .

My 10 year old pitbull started growing a lump from one of her nipples. Over 2 days it became HUGE and was constantly bleeding. We looked all over Queens for a vet that would be open on a weekend and had same day availability, and fell upon All Care Animal. When we arrived, we were met by Dr. Bekhet. He told us of all possible outcomes, bad and good. Being a 10 year old puppy made her chances of surviving a major surgery marginal. He was so reassuring and caring, making us feel less afraid and more hopeful. Although we adore our pup, one of our major concerns was how we were going to pay for the surgery. Dr. Bekhet was so helpful, he worked around our budget and still provided the best care I have ever witnessed. After her surgery, which she survived, she had some complications (she would lick her wounds). One Saturday morning, her surgery incision started oozing blood, I have never been so afraid in my life. I contacted Dr. Bekhet on his private line, which he provided and he responded. He opened the clinic just for us! I have been a pet owner my whole life, and I can honestly say, I have never come across a person who so deeply cares for the pets in his care. I will recommend Dr. Bekhet and his team for the rest of my life. I have a healthy, more active 11 year old puppy because of Dr. Bekhet.

Previously I had a really negative post regarding the secretaries at this place. Since then the bad ones have been let go. The doctors here really seem to be truly concerned regarding my dogs health. Dr. Patel is a kind man and I truly respect him and his opinion. I switched from All-Care to Trylon after 2 bad interactions with the secretary. At Trylon I noticed much higher charges with lots of "suggested" additional test and scans that were unnecessary for a healthy dog. I returned to All-Care for grooming and had excellent service (noticing that the secretaries had changed). Next, I needed Skippy to be seen on the same day due to horrific allergies. Trylon could not fit her in for an emergency, either that day or the following day. My emergency had to wait 3 days to be seen and at a time that was not convenient for me. I called All-Care and they fit her in that same day. Long story short I am back at All-Care and this is where we shall stay. I advise pet owners to give them a chance. They seem to be very kind and patient and honestly care about the animals that they see.

A year ago my dog swallowed a penny and needed an emergency surgery. Dr. Bekhet was not scheduled to be in that day but traveled all the way to the clinic to help my dog. The surgery was really intense and difficult-- I honestly did not know if my dog would survive. Thankfully, all went well and she was saved. She spent the next 3 days and 2 nights in the clinic, where the staff took care of her and monitored her. The staff fulfilled every possible request I had and all of my dogs needs. I am forever grateful to Dr. Bekhet and the All Care staff. The clinic is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the environment overall is very welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to any pet!
