I just went here for the first time and I will start out by saying the hygienist and dentist were great! But, I was told after my cleaning that I had to pay a $100 deductible. When I called to make the appointment I gave our plan and ID number. When I said I have never paid a dental deductible for anyone in my family, the lady who handles the insurance basically said other dentists Ive been to must have messed up. I called my insurance company and found out they are not in network. I called back and the woman who handles the insurance told once I pay the $100 I am done for the year. I had to ask more questions to find out I would have to pay 20% of all work since they are not in network. You live and learn and now I know to not only ask if my insurance is accepted but also if they are in network. I thought something like this would have been covered before services were rendered. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back.

My experience with the folks at Clocktower Dental over the years has always been nothing short of impressive. The level of service is truly exemplary. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and ready to answer your every question. My longstanding fear of going to the dentist faded rather quickly after my first major procedure. My only concern now is becoming too relaxed and falling asleep in the chair. I strongly recommend Clocktower Dental and have no doubt others patients share the same sentiment.

I have been going to Clocktower for over ten years, and absolutely love it! The dentists are great, the staff is friendly, and most importantly, they take great care of my teeth. I have everything done there - from bi-annual cleanings, to a tooth extraction and an implant. I love that the office keeps up with the latest dental technology. I have never had a bad experience, and I dont ever expect to have one either.

I had an amazing experience at Clocktower Dental! The office is beautiful with TVs in every room. The staff are all extremely kind and friendly. I saw Dr. Vicky who I cannot recommend enough. She is so kind and sweet. Her calm demeanor put me completely at ease and took away my fear of the dentist. I would give this office six stars if I could!!

Having had dental issues all my life, it has been a pleasure finding the fabulous dental team at Clocktower Dental. Dr. Rayhan and Dr Kelley are great whether it is a simple filling you need or a more complex treatment plan like implants. The office is clean and beautiful and the staff is great too! Especially the girls at the front desk.

Clock Tower Dental, Dr.Kelly and staff have always showed genuine care and compassion to myself and my family. They take the time to answer all your questions and you never feel rushed.
