Dr. Rafailov was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable for my first experience. Having not been to a dentist in over 8 years, it was a relaxing to be handled so professionally. His office staff is very courteous and pleasant as well, and the integrated technology used to expedite my visit was fantastic. The process was quick with minimal effort required on my part. He uses all the latest dentistry technology including digital X-rays, which were shown to me almost instantly after being taken. He presented me with a well put together video showing my particular problems and how to combat it from getting worse. The cleaning was fast and thorough, and he was gentle in his technique. It is very obvious that man has a vast amount of experience and also a great personality to go along with it, which is a rare thing in the world of dentistry. Will be back and happy to have found such an excellent practice.

Dr Rafailov is the absolute best Dentist ever! I had been having some pain in my jaw for a few days, it got to the point I couldnt take it anymore. I called the office and they told me to come in as soon as I could. I got there and he took me right away and got to the source of the pain quickly. I needed a root canal which no one wants to sit through but he made it painless and quick. The entire staff at Bright White Dental is always so warm and comforting. They all truely do care about their patients. They always answer any questions you may have and make sure you know your options and understand everything. I recommend this dentist to everyone! Thank you Dr Ravfailov and the Bright White Dental staff for once again being amazing!

I was a bit apprehensive at first but Im so glad I gave this place a try. My first visit was a little bit of an emergency, I chipped my back tooth and needed to see a dentist ASAP. They where very accommodating and made time for me. After seeing me the doctor gave me a few options, crown or on-lay. I decided to go with the on-lay and happy that I did! They are very clean, professional and courteous. They handled everything with the insurance company so that was a plus. That was a few months ago and now Im planning on trying the Invisalign with them... Oh and one of my favorite parts was when the doctor says "you now have a bright white smile" at the very end. :-)

Dr Rafailov and his staff are the best at what they do! Every single member of his team are friendly, welcoming and so nice! I was so scared at my first appointment since previous dentists had been treated me poorly in the past becuase so many problems with my teeth. Not at all the case at Bright White Dental! Dr Rafailov makes you feel so comfortable, he answeres all your questions and anything you need, the staff will help without any hesitation! I cant thank Dr Rafailov enough for giving me back my smile that I couldnt show for so long and his staff for truly taking care of every patient like a human beings with such care and consideration! There used to be a time in New York you find a really good dentist. Most likely 90% retired and the other 10% you cant find them. When my dentist retired it was almost impossible to find a top dentist and is willing to take my insurance coverage. The dentists I experienced in the last number years cant do a proper cleaning or have common courtesy. What a nightmare. As luck was running out, I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Rafailov. The man is sharp and does great work. A professional staff and clean environment. The moment he works on your teeth, you know you are in good hands. He is the real deal. Period

Having a life long fear of the dentist I would push off dental appointments for as long as I could. Unfortunately I pushed it off so long I was in terrible need of two root canals. Knowing there was no way out but to actually have the procedure i took a recommendation from a friend and went to Bright White Dental. This was the best decision possible. Considering how much work was done it was a pain less of a process it could be. Office is very clean and staff and doctor are very friendly. Now I recommend this office to as many people as I can and thats ironic because of my prior fears.

I have invisalign braces right now and theyre amazing. theyre showing great and quick progress and like advertised, NO ONE can see them. even prior to getting these though, Dr. Rafailov was able to treat my periodontal disease which has been in my family history for the past few generations. The doctor performed a procedure called bone grafting and was able to limit the extent of my disease. I definitely recommend this dentist as he offers correct and through procedures and his staff is friendly and caring. Most importantly, theyre open on sundays to fit the working womans schedule.

The office is extremely nice and clean. a very comfortable feel. The staff makes you feel welcome and is very attentive to you needs. They also use the latest technology for faster responses from insurance and the best quality of work on your teeth. Dr.Rafailov is an extremely talented dentist. He did gave me two new front ceramic crowns (the fancy ones my insurance didnt approve) and it looks like a whole new set of teeth. He is a great, competent, and most of all careful dentist. Im never changing dentist and I highly recommend.

I had a chipped front tooth and needed it bonded. He literally filled it in without cleaning it up. It was very apparent I had it bonded, which is not okay. I asked him to fixed it and he got annoyed. The second time around, it was uneven and still looked chipped. I talked to him about it again and he told me "Youre lucky I saw you today as an emergency. Now I have other patients to see, it looks fine." He was very rude. I wouldnt trust him with anything cosmetic. Oh, he also shaved off some of my gums.

Great experience here w/ Dr. Rafailov, who I must say, is a very caring and gentle dentist who has the hands of a giant but who has great technique and finesse. I went in because of an ache in my tooth and there was rapid accurate diagnosis followed by same day treatment. He made every step of the process clear and calmed any anxieties that arose from having a huge drill spinning in your mouth. The staff is friendly and the service amazing. Highly Recommend and will definitely be back again.

Where to start? Dr.Rafailov is SO amazing. He managed to make me actually WANT to smile. Root canals arent fun but Dr.Rafailov definitely keeps your mind off of it. He definitely knows what hes doing. He ALWAYS does a great and thorough job. His assistants are also wonderful. Inna is always very bubbly and happy to help you! Its ALWAYS easy to make an appointment with Inna at the front desk. You wont regret coming here. Im VERY lucky to have found this place.

Dr. Rafailov was very attentive and helpful with all of my concerns! His office is immaculate looking and high tech with flat screen cable tvs in every room. I came for my appointment and was seen by Dr. Rafailov right away. What I really like about him is that he genuinely cares about all his patients. I highly recommend him! In fact, my entire family has switched over to Dr. Rafailov. Keep up the great work Doctor.
